“I've driven by this place at least 100+ times in the past year. I always thought it was Brazilian Steakhouse or something, but saw than I saw on google it was more classical pub food and decided to stop by on lunch to get a burger and it was better than expected. The Bar area is kind of small, has an overall "Diner" feel to it, with an open view of the kitchen. Overall the food was good, the wedge fries were good, same with the burger sauce.“

“Julia was our server and did a fantastic job. She was spot on with the water glasses. Bar had drinks ready quickly and the food very good. Meatloaf was recommended and did not disappoint. Was seated on the patio with a nice breeze. We were late because of traffic so I called and the hostess said it was no problem and still had our reservation. That was appreciated.“

“The food was fantastic, we had a burger, pretzel sticks, and a margarita. The service was a bit lacking, but not terrible. The back of the house was so fast and accurate. Great place to go during a layover, with a great bookstore very close.“

“The soup and salad were good. The loaded potatoe soup was average at best. The cesar sald was a balanced combination of greens and dressing. The original Philly cheesesteak was slightly above average (if you don't live or acustum to authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a franchise. The cheesesteak bun could have been toasted more and and the beef was lacking a bit of seasoning. I recommend having the chipotle aioli on the side for a more authentic cheesesteak experience. The French fries were blassay. Will come come back for a football game but not necessarily a date night destination.“

This will be our go-to spot whenever traveling through MSP. Andy's kitchen burger is the perfect blend of flavors. The friendly in person service is what we look for. “On Friday night, August 11th, I got delayed in Bemidji by thunderstorms. I was supposed to land in Minneapolis by 7 and then go to the hotel for a quiet and relaxing evening. Instead, I arrived at 11:30 p.m., totally exhausted and frazzled. I had missed dinner and my husband called the hotel and asked if he could have a pizza delivered for me. When I arrived, I mentioned this to the women at the front desk. They smiled and told me it was already in my room! I then asked if there was any way I could order a glass of wine to also take to my room. They smiled and said the was already taken care of. When I got to my room, not only did I find a small pizza and glass of wine sitting on the table for me, but they had added a Hersheys Candy bar and a hand written card to me..all on their own!! I still have the card and will keep it as a sign to me of how kind total strangers can be. The card reads, "Welcome! So glad you made it safe. Here's a love token from your husband. Enjoy your night! Sleep tight. Love, HGI staff Give these women a raise!! They turned a very exhausting and stressful night into such a wonderful experience. I was only able to be in your hotel for a total of 6 hours, but I slept so well knowing I was so cared for! Thank you!!!“

“In between flights we stopped at Ike's Clubhouse. We were trying to find a reasonable spot. We all know airport restaurants can be expensive. But with the luck of Google, we were able to find Ike's. Chase, our waiter was good. My wife and I weren't too hungry so we told Chase we were going to share a meal. Well to our surprise, the server came out with our meal split in two plates. My wife and a were in aww of the hospitality. I know I know that you're thinking, that is a minor detail, but to us that went a long way. I was just expecting a plate with our food, I'd cut it in half and ask for another plate, but they thought about that prior. Besides that, the food was good, the price was reasonable for an airport restaurant and the hospitality was top notch. Thank you Chase and staff!!

“Our Review of Crooked Pint Ale House Beer 0 0 Food: 10/10

We stopped by Crooked Pint for the first time while passing through town. My husband found the beer selection disappointing—it leaned heavily toward IPAs, making the options feel unbalanced. He would have preferred a broader variety, particularly more brown and amber ales.

Service was slow, but since we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t a major issue.

The real star of the experience? The food. We started with an appetizer of poutine—waffle fries topped with cheese curds, bacon pieces, mozzarella, covered in rich brown gravy. Without a doubt, the best poutine we’ve ever had. If you go, do yourself a favor and order this—you won’t regret it. I’ll be dreaming about that poutine for weeks.

For my entrée, I chose the Asian pork tacos. They were bursting with flavor, packed with cabbage, pico, roasted corn, cheese, fried tortilla strips and cilantro. After the first bite, I told my husband they were the best tacos I've ever eaten. To wrap it up - great food, disappointing beer selection and slow service. But the poutine and pork tacos? Absolutely unforgettable.“

“We came here allot when they first opened in 2012. We spent the first 2 years as regulars here. Then… we came here twice in a row and they burnt our food to the point of being inedible. Today, after 10 years of avoiding this establishment, and now as a Google reviewer, I decided it was time to go back again. I have nothing bad to say about my visit.
