About Valentina Restaurant - Bar Ecuadorian & American Food

Valentina Restaurant - Bar Ecuadorian & American Food is a hidden gem tucked below and behind the strip mall on NW side Nicollet/McAndrews in Burnsville. The exec chef has a long history in restaurants and it shows. The steak sandwich and French fries were delicious, with tender, perfectly cooked meat and thick cut fries done to perfection. The calamari is some of the best, and the steak bites and ceviche are wonderful. Sauces are exceptional. The mushroom risotto was so rich and creamy, and the mussels were delicious. The Valentina Spice Pasta was amazing with a great spice level and a very generous portion of seafood. The food is excellent, and the service was amazing with friendly and welcoming staff. The vibe was relaxed and fun. The old fashioned is loved by whiskey fans. The location makes it a little tough to find, but wondrous delights await. This little gem is a must visit for anyone who enjoys trying a variety of new foods.

The steak sandwich and French fries were delicious!

This hidden gem is tucked below and behind the strip mall on NW side Nicollet/McAndrews. The exec chef has a long history in restaurants and it shows. The flavors in my sandwich were so pleasing, the meat so tender and perfectly cooked. The fries are thick cut and were also done to perfection.
We went to Ecuador a few years ago and fell in love with the food so I was very happy to find this little gem of a restaurant. We have been here several times and everything we’ve had is excellent. The calamari is some of the best I’ve had. Steak bites and ceviche are wonderful. Sauces are exceptional!
Check this place out!
My husband and I just came here for the first time, after seeing it advertised in the local ad. We loved it! We enjoy trying a variety of new foods and have not had Ecuadorian food before - and we will definitely be back!

The service was amazing, and we enjoyed friendly conversation with the owner and our server, both of whom were great individuals who were excited to share their restaurant with us.
We are also huge whiskey fans and loved their old fashioned.
