“Our Harley Owners group recently hosted an event at Casper’s Cherokee, and I couldn't be more impressed. We utilized their party room, which provided the perfect atmosphere for our group, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buffet was outstanding; every dish was delicious, fresh, and kept well-stocked throughout our stay. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the exceptional service by our server, Barb. The staff was attentive and greeted everyone with a genuine smile, making sure our needs were met without us even having to ask. If you are looking for a venue that combines great food with professional and welcoming staff, I highly recommend Casper’s. Thank you for making our gathering so memorable!“

“We had our pre reunion party at Baldys Friday night, for class of 1994 in Lakeville. I can't tell you how much fun we had!!! Your staff was wonderful. “Bloomington, MN, @ Southtown is my fave Applebee’s of all the MN ABs. (I haven’t been to the Baxter one yet). The food is always so good, great music, every employee is so genuinely kind, attentive, and seems to really enjoy their jobs. It’s so chill there; just perfect, really comfy.
My son had the mushroom Swiss burger today & I had the club sammy, both with raspberry lemonades. Everything was delicious & flavorful & reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back. (Eagan MN is my second fave ABs.) ;)“

“Totally accommodated our baseball team during the State Tournament despite not having knowledge of the tournament. They were kind, respectful, and did all they could to get our orders in within a limited amount of time. We love this place and appreciate their willingness to serve us despite being short staff during a crazy, busy time.“

“This is the best Applebee's we've visited. Staff are excellent, food is good and always hot when we get it, and the manager (Sue) and her assistant (Actavia) are always visible and very friendly. It's obvious they get quality staff (JD, Skye, Julia, Lizzie, etc for instance). We will be back!“

“Stopped in at Neisen's last Wednesday night to check out and scout the talent on their karaoke night. Excellent joint, large and spacious. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable drink and food prices.

Ordered a club sandwich with fries and it was absolutely delicious. Sandwich was toasted just right and lots of meat and veggie in between the perfectly toasted bread. Asked to have the french fries made crispy and they totally met the mark, golden brown crispy and not burnt. Tons and tons of parking.

“Really appreciate this place and the people who work here. My son‘s been doing some training here so we’ve stopped in for meals, nutrition shakes, and snacks on multiple occasions. Everybody who works here has been absolutely delightful and we’ve had really good food. I say this being picky when it comes to both customer service and food quality. Some unfortunate reviews here that just aren’t consistent with us frequenting this place over the last year plus.“

“We frequent The Eagan establishment often at the evening happy hour because of our work schedules. We could go to the apple valley location however the service is amazing at the Eagan location. Kat is an incredible bartender with a warm welcome and a smile just waiting for you. She makes each visit special- a reason to visit and return!“
