“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“I decided to visit the UMN Canes location, motivated after watching the recent Forbes segment on the owner of Raising Canes.
The Customer Service is excellent and the service was fast 5★ there. The dining area is spacious and has that similar vibe the Owner of canes was talking about. 5★
However, one thing I am disappointed about is the value, I was expecting more fries and sauce at the price I paid (Box Combo, ~13$). 3★.
Im also suprised that the chicken is completely unseasoned.“

“Feels good to be inside a CFA. Staff at other fast food seem to look depressed to see a customer walk in. CFA staff makes me feel like they are glad I walked in.“

“I usually order the philly steak and cheese sandwich & coleslaw I've ordered the shrimp and fish in the past yet I'm hooked on those philly steak sandwiches, manager always cool & professional and when calling to request a order they give you the time it'll be ready when I arrive it's always ready & it hot ready to chow down. Highly recommended.“

“Had never stopped at a raising Canes before. I had no expectations walking in but needed some road fuel for the drive home from a vacation. The guy at the counter was super friendly! I got “The Box” 4 chicken strips, coleslaw, toast, and fries. All of it was good! It felt like real chicken, not processed strips., the toast was awesome, I have an affinity for toast if done well, it was like a slice of pull apart bread toasted if you know what that is. The coleslaw was better than most but not as flavorful or crunchy as a KFC which is where the bar is set for coleslaw for me. The fries were good, a bit underdone for me but still had a little crunch on the outside. All in all I would go back next time I see one!“

Ordered the 12 piece mix of chicken, and know that those pieces are HUGE. These aren't the tiny chicken flats you get when you order pizza - this is CHICKEN. Elevate yourself above Popeyes and give this spot a shot - you won't regret it! Get the cornbread, and get the hot sauce - you will have yourself a dinner and you will be fed! Highly recommend, get yourself some good chicken.“

“First time here and didn’t expect the options on the menu. Had the original crispy chicken sandwich w/ Yucca fries. I wish they were a little bit hotter, but they were still good and the chicken had me shook for a minute when I didn’t see any type of spread on the the buns but whatever the sauce that came w/ the meal did its job on the sandwich!👍🏾“

“This is one of my favorite fad school places to get chicken, just because there were a few places that actually changed their grease on a regular basis. They're not rude and obnoxious, they don't try to overtake you and they do not rush me when I take my time. I love that about them no matter how long the line is.“

“It's a Krispy Krunchy chicken, a place I expect to be pretty good. This one is one of the fresher ones I have been to.

I had their tendies one time and they were hot and juicy. The prices are reasonable and the chicken is hot. Honestly I'd take this chicken over Popeyes or even Churches. It's simple and good.

The next time I went there I tried the Gyro they have on the second menu and was one of the better gyros I have had, and a good price too. I can't wait for them to get the samosa in stock to try.“

“The chicken is cooked nicely and seems to hold up well under the lamp, can't say the same for the biscuits and sides, they are pretty dry once it gets into the evening. The chicken batter is too salty, had to start peeling it off, but the chicken itself is really good. I'll probably try it again, but I hope they lower the salt in that chicken a bit! That would make me a regular.“

the parking lot is super small, so don't forget to ask for your condiments they won't even put napkins or utensils in your bag.

Parking: You can easily get boxed in if it's busy“

“Went to KFC to try the new Chicken and waffles and surprisingly enough the waffle is actually better than what I thought it would be. It has a little maple flavor on it but it's nice. It's crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Two pieces of chicken were good. I think you might have something KFC just move to Fridley recently. So the one in Fridley across from northtown is our go-to KFC now. Food is always hot and fresh!!“

“I love coming here. I usually go through the drive thru and I know they will always be quick and get my order right. The mobile ordering ahead helps too and sometimes they give me a free sandwich to the Northtown Chick-Fil-A just for being loyal and ordering from that location. I know I can always count on the Northtown location to come through for my family.“

“This is a good KFC store. Reason for one star less than 5 star is location is unsafe due to naborhood and store needs better layout inside store and happy staff working. Maybe the owner of this location shares profits with employees and pays them better so they feel more appreciated and preform better as a result.
Parking lot needs a fresh coat of Blacktop.“
