“This restaurant in Minnesota is truly a wonderful find. Today, I had the pleasure of trying the trio appetizer, which included ribs, cream cheese wontons, and egg rolls. I also ordered the fried pot stickers and the Black Pepper Pork Belly. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and the flavors were even more impressive. My favorite among the appetizers was the coconut cream cheese wontons; it was my first time trying them with coconut, and the flavor was absolutely remarkable, making them a unique and special item. The egg rolls and pot stickers were delightfully crunchy, warm, and full of delicious flavors. The accompanying hot sauce and their house-made sweet and mildly spicy sauce were also quite enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to have a pleasant time and engaging conversation with your cherished loved ones.“

“It's a decent place. They got all the good stuff on the menu. I got the pho Tai Bo Vien and steamed dumplings like usual being I'm a pho-natic. I've tried dozens of pho places all over the nation and make it a goal to go to a one when I'm traveling. It was my first time to this place. The restaurant is connected to a banquet hall and the atmosphere seems like it's just an extension of it. White Linoleum floors dinette along the windows with tables and chairs in the middle. The food came out pretty quick as I ordered it as soon as the waitress came over. The pho was not the best I've tasted but pretty good. The temperature could have been much hotter since the hot broth cooks the thin sliced beef. Not much of an aroma of star anise as many other places have. The dumplings seemed like they were the frozen kind. The waitress did not ask if I needed anything during my meal. Another staff member was going around filling and exchanging the sauce bottles as people were eating which wasn't a huge deal to me. I paid $29 with a tip for my meal. Overall, I would go back if I'm in the area but I would not make it a point to go here. It's worth a stop in. There's so much more to the menu than what I got I would bet it'd all pretty good.“

This place is a gem for sure, it's one of my favorites.. the cream cheese wontons are some of the best around town. The lighting is soft, it's usually occupied but when it's not it's definitely a vibe and the staff here is extremely hospitable and kind. “The service and atmosphere are perfect for a restaurant like this, the food came quickly but not rushed, I ordered the #2 (Beef Tripe Pho) and a Saigon Sweet Bean Mix dessert. I'd give the pho a 3.2 / 5. It definitely needed the flavor boost from the provided lime wedges and chili oil, and the meat was a bit dry, but the portion was excellent, the noodles were good, and the broth was refreshing. The Saigon Sweet Bean Mix was a 4.1 / 5. I never tasted anything like it before, but I really enjoyed it. Left a big tip, which was much deserved for them. BE WARNED THOUGH, THIS IS A CASH-ONLY ESTABLISHMENT. It does help that there's an ATM across the street in the liquor store.“

“I’ve been craving bún bò huế for a while but was hesitant to try it just anywhere. After hearing that Tay Ho serves some of the best in the Twin Cities, I finally decided to check it out and wow, it did not disappoint!

The broth came out piping hot, rich, and full of flavor. It was loaded with generous chunks of brisket and a pork hock that soaked up all that goodness perfectly. The meat was tender and paired so well with the noodles and herbs.

The lady who served my friend and I was kind and attentive, always refilling our water and checking in on us without being overbearing.

We also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls on the side. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but the spring rolls weren’t really my favorite. The pork had a slightly funky taste.

The restaurant itself is cozy with tables close together, so you might catch snippets of nearby conversations. Parking can be a little tight too, but it’s manageable.

Overall, the food and service here totally won me over. I’ll definitely be back for their bún bò huế and to try more items from the menu next time!“
