Went to Jimmy John’s last week and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was helped by Sam who was very efficient and helpful in making my order. The food was sub par, but it was a great experience all around!
I order here all the time and I’m getting so tired of them not reading the deliver instructions. Every time I write “please don’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell, just leave it at the door.” Because my dogs bark and people sleeping wake up.

Today was a frustrating day to order Jimmy Johns.Our food took 2 hours to get to us. I called twice to check on it. The 2nd time I called, I was informed they had ONE! delivery driver. I feel this should have been handled much better by management as to closing online order for delivery down. My heart goes out to Marcus (I believe is his name), that was the delivery driver. He had 11 deliveries to do in the one send out. SO - He deserves praise and a bonus of some sort for this...read full review
