The place needs a good cleaning!!
Chow me in was just how we like it. Disappointed with the amount of chicken that I got with the #14 but what I did get was good. Will try again for sure.

Tom Moy Cafe in Cottage Grove offers the best chow mein in the area. Despite no longer having a buffet, their food is still top-notch. Located in Minneapolis, this Chinese restaurant provides great service and delicious Beef Broccoli. While inside seating is closed, takeout is available. Although some prefer a different restaurant, Tom Moy's food is almost as good and more affordable. Customers appreciate their accuracy in orders and accommodating service, even outside regular hours.
