“My wife and I have been looking for a new place to order Chinese from since all our other restaurants have closed. We both thought the fried rice and the lo mein was excellent and will order there again. My wife really liked the cream cheese wontons. I also liked the dish that had scallops and shrimp in it, everything seems very fresh.“

“This is a new restaurant that opened in Inver Grove Heights 2 months ago. The owners have previously owned other well-known Japanese restaurants and have many years of experience. Upon stepping inside the restaurant, you are greeted with warm, friendly, and hospitable staff. Great traditional cute Japanese ambiance. The quality and portions of the food are great with varieties of dishes like sushi, ramen, hibachi and more. I will definitely be going back soon as I really like this place and would strongly suggest everyone to try! 😁😋❤“

“Very similar, but different than Panda Express. Of the two I think I would rather have Panda becuase I feel they give just a little more food. I ran out of rice before I finished my Leeann plate whereas I usually have rice leftover at Panda. Leanne Chin is diet Panda Express.“

But Im giving the 4 star because I have been here several times over the past 6 months and it is not consistently awesome...id say it probably depends on whos making it or how long it has been waiting before being ordered. “My 1st time in there today for the buffet, also 1st people in. Asked to view the buffet...no problem. I immediately knew it was what I was looking for! It had been so long! My son was enjoying the food too. His 1st time as well. I give it a 4 stars +. a bit disappointed there was no egg foo yong? Because I liked it so well I will be going back, and I'd even go alone! waitress was great, prompt with refills or extras..napkins etc...very kind. Food was fresh as far as I could tell, taste was great! Try for being my kind of Chinese food! Ask what Ho Ho means....👌“

“The food was honestly so good. The service was great and lady behind the counter was so welcoming. I came here for some quick food and it was amazing. I genuinely was so shocked by the flavor of the food I was given. I would 100% come back here again. The amount of food we got too was really good. I got what I thought was enough food for two people but it was enough for 4. Again the lady behind the counter was great and she seemed so nice that before I even got my food I thought “wow I like this place already”. If you are in the area it’s worth trying.“

“I think the bad reviews are from people coming in with the wrong expectations. This place is essentially a Panda Express. Most of the food is pre-made and sitting behind a glass window. It's super quick, pretty cheap, and the food tastes fine.“

“This place was fire during the pandemic! Their shrimp pad Thai level 7 with extra shrimp was so delicious it reminded me of a place from my home state. Egg rolls were also extremely delicious. I don’t live super close but when this place popped up on my screen and reminded me, I’ve got to drive over and get some takeout. If others say it’s not bomb, they are lying!“

“This location is one of the busiest locations, but the staff does a really good job working together to get the food out, maintain customer service, and it is very clean. One suggestion that would improve the wait time for customers in-store is if the online orders did not funnel through the main line and instead funneled through a separate work station where a worker or manager could help with focusing just on getting the catering and online orders. This would help keep the line moving in-store as opposed to workers having to stop to do online orders in between customers. Looking at the “aka info” review that is likely what they saw happening with only two workers (1 cook, 1 up front) at that time. Also, that person’s account looks like they have a long history of going around purposely giving places bad reviews to either get free food or some kind of acknowledgment from google. The restaurants or businesses can flag the review from their end as fake or deceiving and request the removal of the review. It was a bit malicious to take photos of the employees and post them to google like that.“

“DoorDash messed up and delivered my order to someone else and they didn’t want to issue me a refund or have another dasher deliver my food. They had me call the restaurant .

I told the manager at panda what happened and he was very understanding and even though it was DoorDashes fault he is remaking the food for my family.

That is amazing cuz door dash wanted to take my money and I was gonna have to repay but thanks to Panda and their staff I will be taken care of. This is what customer service is and next time I will just send an employee of mine to go personally since Panda is way better than dealing with DoorDash.
