“Went to the Hudson Hot Air Balloon event and went to this place for breakfast. The place was smaller than what you would imagine a buffet would be like, but it's a bomb. I would go back there again. Service was also great, clean, and good pricing. I was sitting facing the buffet I can see the cook cooking food and hearing the food searing while eating made me more hungry. Funny thing is I was in the middle of eating.“
“Good price and the food tastes great. Everyone who works at the Panda Express in Hudson is friendly and helpful. The Bowls (nice selection of entrees come with 1 side) are just the right size. I love that for the 1 side, you can order 1/2 chow mein (aka lo mein or soft noodles) and 1/2 rice.“

Other places may give you more but I doubt it'll taste as good! Plus the family running it are some of the nicest and hardest working people I know.“
“I come here as often as I can recently I’ve been busy with work and my hours are crazy. But I love coming here. It’s my favorite Chinese place. The owner lady is soooooo sweet. I love seeing her and talking with her. And her sons I think they are her sons are good workers and are very kind and I enjoy seeing them aswell. I always leave them with a good tip just because I know they are working hard and my food has always been delicious and amazing. This is also the first Chinese place that doesn’t make me sick.“
“This place was great!! We were one of the only people to dine-in, but the experience was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, the food came out so fast, and we had great service even with the small amount of people working. They were even able to accommodate our requests with our food.“
“Honestly, the food is great. But the customer service could definitely improve. We put in an order and arrived about 10 minutes after the food pickup time. When we walked in the door, an employee was sitting at the table. We stood at the counter for a good minute before he even acknowledged we walked in. Then proceeded to confirm our order and then make us wait 30 minutes for our food. If they were busy I would understand. Clearly that wasn't the case. Like I said in the beginning, the food is terrific. But a little decent customer service would be appreciated.“
“On Wednesday I had lunch with three adults and two young kids. My lady friend and I arrived early, we were politely seated while we waited for the other three. My friend and I had chicken chow mein, and enjoyed it immensely. The young lady who waited on us was patient and polite. The other three people savored their meals too. I would definitely return.“
