“Zorbaz is always a classic dive with great food and they earn their 5 stars every time. We stopped here during the cross lake chili fest and it was a fun and energetic atmosphere, for sure. We got the Greek pizza, but took the black olives off- super good! Really nice pesto with it. We also got the full size nachos with chicken, which were both delicious and huge. We had to order at the bar, typical of all Zorbaz locations, but the service was not bad!“
“This is an annual stop when I'm in the area on vacation. I get to connect with friends who gather there every Wednesday for dinner and the meat raffle. Food is good and the service on 10/4 was suburb. I got lucky (REALLY LUCKY) on the meat raffle. Won 4x on $20 in tickets. The raffle supports the Northern Lakes Youth Hockey Association. Oh...and the MN Twins won their wildcard game while we were there...so something else to celebrate.“
“My family (husband, 3 boys, and I) came here on a Wednesday morning at about 8 am. The parking lot was mostly full, but there were many tables open inside. The restaurant was decorated with vintage/antique/recycled items, and sunshine streams in through the front window making it warm and inviting. We ordered at the counter, then found a table to sit at while we waited for our food. The beverages are self-serve, but the food was brought to the table. We didn't wait too long, and we were rewarded with wonderful food and smiling service! My husband and I ordered The Whole 9 Yards (eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, and potatoes all covered in sausage gravy), my 11-year-old and 6-year-old ordered the French Toast Special, and my 9 y.o. ordered a blueberry pancake - which the waitress/hostess said was very large - and it was, about the size of 3 pancakes! The pancake tasted like a blueberry muffin and needed no syrup. The Whole 9 Yards was rich and tasty! The French toast was served with bacon and cheesy scrambled eggs and was quickly devoured. Everyone thought that everything was very good! If we are in the area again, we would definitely go back!“
“We ride our bikes 15 minutes to Valeri Ann's for Saturday morning breakfast, but if you're a 20 minute car ride do it! Fantastic food! Valeri Ann owns and runs, and servers may be her own teenagers (?)Food is made to order so there may be a bit of a wait because you got there after everyone else, but really no more than that place on Crosslake.“
“Another fantastic meal at Mission! Great staff! Waited all day for that Bloody Mary. Best french fries ever! Doesn’t matter what you pick it’s all excellent. Burger was soooo good!! Eat here! Drink here! You’ll love it!Kid-friendliness: Always great to our family.“
“The Old Mil never disappoints. If you did not have a good time, you are the problem! The bartenders, Mary & Debbie are fabulous! The regulars are just as wonderful. Thank you for sharing your fabulous bar with us! The drink is fabulous! Just ask for the “last call”!“
“Thursday night at 4:40, we got takeout here. Pickup was fine, we had to wait at the bar for a few minutes, but then we were greeted and our order brought to us. The bar area was clean with both a bar and tables to sit at. We ordered the Garbage pizza and Cheesy garlic bread. Both were good. The pizza was probably a 3/5 and the cheesy bread was a 5/5 - the garlic was very noticeable and so good. We'd get pizza here again.“
“Solid pizza on a chilly day! Rafferty's hits the spot and it's not near as chaotic as other places in town. Great for families. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Pizza's are consistent and yummy. We like the wings because they are juicy and not overly crispy.“
