“My family normally loves this quaint diner. Today I ordered a salad with chicken chunks in it. The chicken was so hard and crunchy/overcooked I really couldn't chew it. It was like chicken tenders that were way overcooked and cut into chunks. Also, please consider offering a gluten-free bun or bread to your menu. I know it would be appreciated. We'll definitely be back, but won't be ordering that salad again.“

“We were in today with the Carver County horticulture Society and had a lovely lunch. There were 22 of us and the service was good and the food was good. Everyone was very friendly and I would recommend it to anyone.“

“Food is good, but my order is never right! I ordered soup, received no crackers, no ketchup for my fries and I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra Mayo, and had NO Mayo! This has happened several times! Very frustrating!“

“The bathroom is disgusting. Thats enough. Door on stalls don’t latch. The floor doesn’t look as though its been cleaned in a year. The place itself was nice enough, a bit worn. But the bathroom was terrible. The staff was great though; helpful and friendly. Its large and in a nice place. If they’d redo the bathroom then it would be great!“

“Stopped in her for a quick burger. Told the bartender we were kinda in a hurry for the Gary Allen concert in Rochester. Lots off in seating/ pool table dart area. She was on top of things. In and out in 35 minutes. And the burgers and Bruster basket were great. My burger, no fries, 16oz beer and 1/3 combo appetizer was $20. Wish I got her name to give her credit. 😄“

“Ok this place is such a local dive with a beyond burger plant-based option that was marvelous! The bar tender was a sweetheart & the atmosphere was so fun. Still thinking about how good the fries were! Highly recommend this spot and am so happy that at least one place in town has a great veggie burger.“

“Recommend this Friday night fish fry. Plenty of seating altho the kitchen had a hard time keeping up. The food was hot, breading on the fish was crisp and the flaky white fish inside was delish. Onion rings were great as were the waffle fries, worth the upcharge altho the regular fries looked fine. Server took our orders as quickly as they could on a busy Friday night. It took about 30 minutes from order to plates delivered but we were warned that it might take awhile. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, checking on us frequently. We will be back!“
