I appreciate them very, very much. Some grocery store locations will get the drink wrong (Nitro Turtle Mocha) but this Hornbacher's Caribou gets it right every single time.“

Under normal circumstances, this would easily be a perfect stay… however, there’s a glaring contradiction that left me baffled and disappointed: the hotel’s strict no-pets policy clashes shockingly with its otherwise dog-friendly vibe. Brewhalla’s market area is a paradise for pet owners! Well-behaved dogs are welcomed warmly, and the atmosphere radiates inclusivity for furry companions. This makes the hotel’s stance even more confusing. How can a space so openly embrace dogs in its market yet ban them from rooms entirely? As a traveler who values pet-friendly accommodations, this policy feels out of touch with Brewhalla’s own community. The issue became personal when my friend arrived in town with their dog, forcing me to cut my 5-night stay short and relocate to a different hotel. Brewhalla’s target audience—young, adventurous, and responsible travelers—often includes pet owners who prioritize their animals as family. To exclude this demographic feels like a missed opportunity. Responsible pet guardians (like my friend and me) aren’t asking for leniency; we’re seeking consistency with the market’s welcoming spirit. My animals are non-negotiable companions, and I urge Brewhalla to realign their hotel policy with their market’s dog-friendly ethos. The disconnect remains a dealbreaker for pet-loving guests like myself 💔 I'm hoping they rethink this policy—it’s the final puzzle piece to make Brewhalla truly unforgettable. “I use to a caribou coffee conisour and I had no idea what I was missing when I finally hit up Scooters, the coffee here is so much more fresh tasting ,I had the Iced Pumpkin caramelicious drink and let me tell you the Pumpkin actually taste like the good part of the pie ,vibrant and just sweet enough,as for caribou their pumpkin drinks taste like the burnt crust of the pie LOL so depends on what you like tbh 😂 officially #teamScooters 🫡“

“A friend treated me to Pho here today, as he really wanted me to try it while I was in town, and he’d been raving about how much of a must-try Pho is! I ordered the Pho with steak, brisket, and flank, plus a Mango Milk Tea with tapioca boba pearls in it. The Pho was absolutely EXPLODING with flavors, left and right!!! It was Such an amazing food experience, and surprised me so!! And the meat was wonderfully tender, as well.

But I’m not much of a boba tea fan, in general, so I wouldn’t be able to fairly assess my drink. However, I will say that the combination of the large, generous bowl of Pho, plus the good-sized boba milk tea, proved to actually be Quite filling, unexpectedly. Additionally, the café is small and charming, the food came out very quickly, and the service was pleasant with prompt greetings upon entry and also goodbyes as we were leaving out. I’d definitely recommend the Pho at Bobaholic Tea House! ;)“

“I came through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago with what I thought was a mobile order. I got to the window said my name and they went to grab my drink. In the meantime I had gotten upset and started to cry about something going on in my life. The sweetest barista came to the window and handed me a drink that actually wasn’t mine but another “Kayla’s” she couldn’t find my drink and she felt awful about the mixup and I felt awful because I didn’t want her thinking I was crying over the coffee (which I wasn’t!) . She said some extremely comforting words to me while I cried and tried to tell her my order she made me feel like no matter what was going on in my life that I was loved and valued. They couldn’t find my order but made me my favorite coffee and wrote “you are so loved” on my drink. If everyone even cared just a fraction of this person. Our world would be a much better place.
