“One of our favorite treats in the FM area.“

“Really cute spot with great desserts and drinks. The crepes are thin, soft, and loaded with good stuff—loved the matcha strawberry one. Boba milk tea was solid too, not too sweet, and the pearls were just right. Chill vibe, nice staff, and everything looked super aesthetic. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into sweet treats and bubble tea.“

“This place is a gem - we visit many many times in the summer and it is always a great experience. First off, the ice cream is amazing - the best DQ treats you will find anywhere. Lots of options, they mix in lots of candies, etc. into the blizzards and are happy to make additions or subtractions when requested. The food is pretty good too, I always enjoy a classic Nathan’s hotdog, but the reason to visit is truly for the treats and nostalgic experience. The staff is also helpful and always willing to accommodate needs such as extra napkins, water, cups, etc. Lines can get long, but chatting with people in line and watching the trains go by is all a part of the experience. Definitely a must visit in Moorhead.“

“Simply, some of the nicest people you could possibly meet in ND. The business is an asset for all of those around. We are so thankful to have them in the community .“

“Great coffee cooler drinks. I like better than dq. Not any long lines, very quick. I suggest it. I would say it's moorheads #1 ice cream place.
Kid-friendliness: It serves ice cream. You sit outside at tables if u want, kids dig both those things.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's outside on relatively flat ground“

“My wife and I stopped by Insomnia Cookies while in town for our daughter’s wrestling tournament — and we felt like kids again going out late just for a cookie run!
The cookies were warm, gooey, and hit the spot, and the late-night vibe was perfect. The staff was friendly, the shop smelled like heaven, and the whole experience was a fun little memory in the making.
If you’re in Fargo and craving something sweet after hours, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!“

“The kid at the drive through (short curly hair, taller kid) was very kind, we had a nice chat, the blizzards were very well made. Very nice experience! I’ve been going there for years and I will continue for years to come.“

“Real quick: this place does a good job with the food and the service. But when ever I ask for Mayo packets, I never get them and, instead, get ketchup packets (If I wanted red syrup, I will ask for that). Anyway, this is my only complaint, and this review is for their benefit more than anyone else.“

“ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN REFUSED TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT UP SET THEN SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON. and then EVERYONE JUST DISAPPEARS... IM AFRAID TO EVEN EAT MY FOOD WITH HOW THE HANDLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name. Wasn't wearing her name tag, refused to give me a phone number to reach a GM. Finally they gave me Theresa's name.“
