“Stopped by Smokestack Express today for lunch with my daughter and my brother and hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The brisket was tender, ribs were perfect, beans had a ton of flavor, Mac n cheese was delicious and don’t sleep on the sauces. Personally I really liked the spicy and the hot but that sweet was also amazing as well. Trevor and his crew do an amazing job. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you’re in the Bloomington Mn area this is a must stop place for Que! Great job Smokestack Express. 5 ⭐️’s all the way.“

“We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!“
“I called on a Mon. to see about catering a Wed. lunch for 35 at our shop in Fridley. Michael couldn’t have been more accommodating. He delivered the piping hot food in a downpour and helped me set up the spread for our team. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and turkey. I doubled the amount Michael recommended and I’m glad I did because we had people going for 3rd. We did have a little left over but not much. Delicious Texas BBQ from a great guy that takes pride in his customer care and food. Moist and full of flavor and that was before adding their signature BBQ sauce. Highly Recommend! “If you think all Chili’s are the same, think again. Chelle and her partner in crime are a joy to watch. They care about their jobs and customers, working in tandem to efficiently handle a busy crowd waiting for their planes, usually impatiently so. Chilis (and any other restaurant) could make an excellent case study about how customers love to be treated! Very well done!!!“
