“I absolutely love this Ice Cream Store! The variety of flavors is fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is delightful. Whether you're a classic vanilla fan or into adventurous flavors, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommended! I’ll give bonus points to the customer service“
“We had Liz and her team make some cookies for our daughter's baby shower. We sent her the theme with pictures. She knocked it out of the park and even made some nut free ones for our kids that had allergies. If you ever need special occasion baked goods go to them.“
“Royal Grounds is a pretty cozy little coffee shop, nestled along Grand Ave in Uptown Minneapolis. The coffee is delicious, water is plentiful, and the snacks are too notch. I appreciate that the shop discourages tips in favor of a fair wage for all employees. The decor is also quite unique and fun, especially in the bathroom.“
“This place is great. A classic donut shop - opens super early, has all the familiar options (cake, raised, old fashioned, long John's, apple fritters, etc), and serves basic coffee. Seems like mostly a takeaway place but they have a couple of tables. Love going here anytime the kids wake up too early.“
“Went to the grand opening on Saturday and waited in line with some delightful people. The cream puffs were a perfect texture…not too dry and not too moist. They rank up there with some of the fanciest pastries I have bought while traveling France. The staff was friendly and patient. The only downside is the price. They are a bit pricey but I think that just goes with having a store on MOA property. I will definitely purchase more but not on a frequent basis due to price.“
“Have you ever wanted to try a sugar decorating class? Spider monkey's bake shop has a variety of cookie decorating classes to help people of all different skill levels learn how to work with royal icing. We tried their Christmas decorating class at Angry Inch Brewery in lakeville and had an absolute blast! I have never tried flooding with royal icing before and it was cool to learn the techniques. It's a fun experience and I highly recommend taking a class! She offers different themes through out the year and even private classes.“
“We chose the Mendota Heights Cold Stone to cater our wedding dessert. We were able to customize our flavors, including a bride’s dessert and a groom’s. Wayne, the franchise owner, personally catered our wedding and even went above and beyond walking the ice cream cart around the venue to offer seconds to our guests. Wayne is so personable and friendly! We included him for silly photos in our Photo Booth and we still cherish those hilarious moments captured. He was a huge part of our celebration making it extra special. Not only that but every time we go to his Cold Stone location we also feel special with the warm welcome we get from Wayne and his staff every time. (We are frequent visitors.) Everyone there is so friendly and generous with their delicious creations. They will forever have our business. They really do go above a beyond and make us feel special and part of their community. I can’t say enough nice things!“
“We come to this bakery often and always have a good experience (their apple fritters are to die for!) and today when I stopped by, they said they had to close early due to events outside of their control, but handed me a box full of 2 dozen croissants and donuts for my trouble. Total day maker! I didn’t get my apple fritter today, but I’ll certainly be back :) Excellent local business with A+ food and service!“
“I am not big on cake but this is the best cake I have had in long. I am not a fan of the price so that keeps me from visiting every day, My favorite is the lemon bundle but the vanilla is my second love. It's so moist and the icing is not too sweet for me. When I am alone, I enjoy it with my fingers but it's probably more classy to use a fork.“
