“I went through the drive-thru on 12/28. I thought it was ok, except as I pulled up, I was going to take the outer lane, and the only car ordering (the inner lane) finished up, so I took the inner lane. I waited a moment and when I heard a worker, I started speaking... then I realized the car that came (technically) after me and went to the outer lane was getting their order taken care of, and not me. Otherwise, the speed was average.
I didn't see McRibs on the menu, but they had them. The strawberry & creme pies were displayed next to the speaker, but I was told they don't sell them (maybe I misheard and they were just sold out).
This is the preferred location for my parents as the one, much closer to us in Medota Heights (Dodd Rd) has had terrible enough service for a long enough period of time that they go further to this location.
I haven't had a McRib in several years, although I am a fan. This tasted pretty good but not as good as I remember them being when I was younger.“
“Normally great food (for my son) and fast service, but it's currently closed (6/16/24) for what appears to be renovations. It would be nice if the app would say that, rather then driving there and finding out the hard way. The high rating is for when it was open, and no idea when it will re-open.“
“That place was packed. I believe you should take care of the people who walk in to eat. Instead they took care of drive thru first while we all waited inside. Meanwhile they never called out orders and placed them on the counter. We all came in and got a number. Since your busey you might show concern for you guests before the food gets cold. “I sadly see so many elderly who want to order food at the register like it has always been since the 1960’s and they don’t want to order their food from a kiosk. The McDonald’s model has completely gone inhumane with nothing but robots at the front of house. Ronald McDonald is gone and the friendly family style of dining has completely disappeared because the billion dollar company can’t fork up a decent salary for quality help. The dollar menu is gone and we are paying $10 for a burger plus we have to be the cashier for ourselves with no pay. Zero human service. Just a giant vending machine.“
