Friendly staff, a lot of food. I ordered carnitas burrito, came with some chips. A bit light on the protein and rice portion seemed cool (not hot), but overall satisfied with the price and qtty.
Had a steak fajita quesidilla with my partner today and honestly this is one of the best quality of seasoned to perfection steak Ive had in so long. They were quick and friendly too. 10/10

Cielito Lindo EP is a Mexican option in the Eden Prairie Center Food Court. The place has fresh burritos and tacos that are tasty and generous. The fajita quesadilla is very generous portions. The street tacos, the Fish Tacos, and the quesabirria are also great. The refried beans and rice are good. The staff are friendly and super smiles, the cashier is sweet and always here. The food court is next to the fireplace and watching Eden Prairie peeps out and about is fun. Service is fast, nice and the price is reasonable. The place is lovely, delicious and great for lunch or a time. The restaurant is open until 8pm, though early closing been before.
