Two times in the last two months this location has had no one staffed during normal business hours. This Sunday an order was sent in via the DQ Mobile app to this location after it was scheduled to be open and no one, absolutely no one, was working at the location when pickup was attempted. Also, note that the double doors for the dining space have a large sign inside stating that the drive-thru is open and the mobile app and coporate website confirm what were the normal business...read full review
Confusing directions for pick up orders. Long wait. Out of chicken strips so brought us a coupon. No offer of other food, didn’t even give us the side orders so we ended up with no food for one person. Asked about ordering something else and was told we’d have to wait longer. Mistakes on the shake order as well as no straws/spoons etc provided. Usually visits there are just frustrating because it’s slow; today was a total disaster.
