We’ve gone to other La michoacana in the area and have never experienced a bad visit. Today we visited the Spring Lake Park location for the first time and will never go back. They opened at 1pm. We asked for watermelon drink, nope they don’t have that either. It’s not like it was late in the evening and they...read full review

La Michoacana Rose Edina is a charming restaurant with a cute decoration and a nice street art mural. The staff provides excellent service, even when short-staffed, and the workers are really nice and patient. The restaurant offers a wide selection of unique ice cream flavors, including mango and spicy mango, as well as popsicles and paletas. Generous portions include the "kid scoop," one scoop in a cup, and a huge two-scoop churro sundae. You get a free churro if you give 5 stars. The walls are pink, and there are some chairs that swing, creating good vibes. The atmosphere is Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot to visit and enjoy a sweet treat. Prices are reasonable, with a medium corn cup and two scoops of ice cream costing around $17-18. Parking is available behind the ice cream shop, and it’s kid-friendly, with tables where toddlers can reach their food and color.
