Baguettes are among my favorites
Kouign Aman was something comparable to a honey bun with a way to hard candy shell. Living in Normandy I will say “kouign aman is a labor of love. It can be great or not good, no in between!! Being here I was really missing it. I’ve tried many here in MN and one place has totally blown my mind but the hours are so up and down.
Please take your time on a masterpiece patisserie such as the kouign aman!!!!
My daughter and I both had the chicken salad on their croissants. Remarkable! We're still talking about it. The Carmel pecan latte was a nice way to end our meal!
