“We have ordered from Subway of Eveleth quite often over the years, and without a doubt, we will continue to do so.

The vast majority of time our sandwiches were made to perfection. We have had only 2 ordering issues, the 1st involved an employee who struggled to understand basic business principles of customer satisfaction when an error was made and the 2nd was due to a newer employee working/learning during a rush period.

In both circumstances, Alex, the store manager made it right by us and handled our complaints with the utmost respect. One issue gave him an opportunity to retrain an employee and the other, a teaching opportunity for a newer employee.

We still give 5 stars to Subway as their food is great and fast, but equally important to us is seeing 1st hand that management cares about both their employees and the satisfaction of their customers.“

“Great service. I came in just before close and everything was cleaned and wrapped up. I thought I was going to get denied service, but I hoped not as it was a very long day for me and I was starving. Not only was I served but the employee there was very understanding, respectful and friendly. The sub also turned out delicious.“
