“What a lovely location! We sat at a large round table in a little alcove which made for just the best atmosphere for our group. Our server, Ella, was so so helpful and friendly. Even while she had other tables she was also taking care of, she was continually checking in and offering refills on drinks and sides.
We also had a gluten allergic member of our group, and the manager Andrea came over to let us know exactly how that dish would be handled and the measures taken to keep it safe from contamination. I haven't experienced this at other restaurants before and was so pleasantly surprised by their initiative on that front, especially being a restaurant known almost exclusively for pasta and bread.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would be happy to return and to recommend this location to others.“

“This popular place is connected to Macy's. Good menu offering salads, sandwiches, burgers, and full entrees, along with gluten free menu and a Sunday Brunch, and don't forget their "Happy Hour." Excellent wild rice soup, really good, and maybe try their walleye tacos.“

“Was here today(still am while currently writing this) after 7:15am got the bacon DBL Sandwich with a toasted bagel and CC and a tea to drink, so far great food and drink, only reason I put 4 stars is I was given a knife but no fork for my sandwich and I couldn’t find any other silverware (like a fork), normally I would see some at any restaurant I go to right by the beverages(where you pour your beverages from a machine). I would’ve asked someone but they looked far too busy and didn’t wanna disturb. Please as a near future please put the spoons forks and What have you silverware by the beverages and straws, otherwise great service overall but only reason of 4 stars instead of 5 was cuz of lack of finding other silverware (I want to without having to ask a member of Panera)“

We've also had two issues with our orders in the past at this Panera, and both times the customer service has been very responsive and corrected the problem immediately. They were minor mistakes (happens to everyone), and their team apologized and quickly made everything right.
