I ordered a strawberry rhubarb latte today and I got a hot latte with no flavor. The cafe was out of most of the food options and could not make the Blueberry latte because they were out of blueberry. Not impressed.
I’ve been here half a dozen times (parking is kinda difficult lately due to all the construction). I’ve brought friends here. I’ve had the best time, best coffee, and best almond croissants. Sitting outside - front or back - is always a treat. Now that my bicycle is fixed, I can come more often. Love this place!
This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful furnishings and decor! The location is the best; walking distance to the lake, many restaurants and shops! We will be back! Thank you Hotel Excelsior!!!

The Lobby Coffee & Leisure is a nice restaurant with good food and improving service as they hire more staff. Prices are on the higher side, but the breakfast sandwich with a perfectly runny egg, havarti cheese, and sausage has great flavor. The restaurant is noted for its amazing house-made syrups, including floral, brown sugar, and banana, making even a plain latte exceptional. Their iced miel is not too sweet, and they offer passionfruit tea made in-house without added sugars. While it can get busy, particularly on Sunday mornings, they have street parking and a visitors' lot nearby. However, there is a need to address the issue of single parties occupying large tables for extended periods. The restaurant boasts a spacious interior with a stunning design and two private bathrooms. Customers appreciate the outstanding customer service and how accommodating the staff is, especially for families with young children. The menu also features great paninis for lunch and fresh avocado toast, adding to the high-quality offerings.
