Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! “If you have never tried a Concha Ice Cream Sandwich, then you have never lived fully. It was one of the best sweet and savory treats I've ever had. It had the concha as a base with Nutella spread, then bananas, strawberries chocolate sauce, ice cream of your choice (I had ferrero rocher ice cream), whipped cream, the top half of the concha, and finally drizzled with chocolate sauce again.“

I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items. Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. A few hours later, I called again and left another message. So, since Tuesday, I am still waiting for a call back. I don't expect a reimbursement at this point, but a simple call back and an apology, would be nice! I would not recommend, or will I ever order from them again!“
