“My family laughed at the name when we were scouting for a place to eat on our way home from the airport. This place couldn’t be named better! After a long trip out of the country, our dinner was perfect! The steak was perfectly done. The salad bar was fresh! The service was excellent for this tired traveler. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This place is a gem! We will stop everytime on our way to the cities from now on!”

“Shout out to my new favorite spot! This is the only bar in the North Branch area that will play a Packers Game for locals and not just the Vikings games. They are extremely friendly. The owner is amazing and accommodating unlike, sadly, some of the other local owners who won't even make eye contact with patrons. Their food is amazing! The bartender and waitress are hard workers especially given the short staffed situation of all places as of late. We go out alot and this place is the place we will frequent even though it's farther away than others! Love it here. Thanks Friar's!”

“Our first time visiting this establishment. I’m happy we did! This restaurant has (by far) the BEST Chinese and sushi in Minnesota.

Parking: Parking is free and very open. Many spaces to park. Not at all a far distance either.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of booth space. If your children enjoy sushi like ours, it’s perfect. There are other amazing Chinese combo dishes that most children will enjoy (smaller portions but with a variety of three things). The sesame chicken combo was perfect for kids. We will definitely get that again.. but it’s hard not to try something else different because there are many options (and everyone’s different plate was absolutely amazing) !”

I went to another chain pizza place that usually has a good reputation and it appeared they put each piece of sausage and pepperoni (all 10 pieces) individually on it..very sad!
Not Chanticlear!!! Awesome.

“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.”

“After a long day of medical appointments with my mom, just wanted a quick dinner and relax. Went through Arby's drive through, ordered dinner for 3, got food and drove to Mom's. Sorting food, when we got there, realized we only had part of our order. Drove back to Arby's, went inside with food and receipt in hand and told the Manager what had happened. He apologized, remade all the food and gave us 2 complimentary meals. That is customer service! one of the sandwiches was the new beer cheese and beef. It was sooo good. Thank you Arby's for great food and spectacular customer service!”
