First time here and thought the food was very good and it was a very cozy atmosphere with great service. Sat in booth in dining room and it wasn’t too busy. Had the walleye special with a baked potato, it was filling and delicious. As someone who fishes I could tell the walleye was authentic as you’d have to watch for bones every so bite, so if that’s not your thing I recommend a different dish. The cheese curd appetizers were amazing and tasted just like state fair cheese...
Undoubtedly, the WORST service I've ever had at this place. We came early to avoid the rush. The hostess was gabbing with a customer at the front for a good minute before taking them to their table. She was gone for 3 to 5 minutes with them and finally came back to seat us. Our waitress was okay. She just didn't seem to have her head in the game. I noticed a couple of her other tables had received incorrect orders. It won't affect my coming here....this time!!...
We love this place. The food is delicious- served hot and with big smiles from wait staff. Highly recommend!
