“We were visiting family in Minneapolis and on our way back to Wahpeton ND we ran across Charlie's Cafe and OMG we're so glad we stopped. The food is fabulous, the service is top notch. We will be back again!! Oh and you could(I wouldn't recommend it tho) Eat off the bathroom floors. 5⭐“

Homemade everything including the delicious blue cheese and pioneer potatoes...everything was soooooo good! Portions were large, staff was friendly and the decor was great!!
