“Nice stop in Osakis for lunch. We hit the end of the lunch rush. It was busy, which means it must be good, but not too busy to allow for one server to service all tables. She did a great job. My attraction to the place was breakfast all day. I opted for Texas French toast. Three generous slices of French toast for $6. Had to get a side of bacon as well. Way too many calories but my kind of lunch. Husband had the wrap special with fries. He also liked his choice. I would have loved to try the chicken noodle soup but too full to add another item. Loved the bar stools which were boat seats. Very clever and also clever to advertise on the seat backs. Nice creativity. Good stop.“
“The food is great, the service is what you expect from a good small town, and the bowling lanes are a great place to take the family. This place is not some big bowling alley with tons of lanes, so i advise that you call ahead and reserve a lane if you are taking a large group.“
“Love the overall atmosphere of the place. My fiancee and I live down the road so we visit pretty often to have a couple drinks but more so to play pool and darts as we throw some music on from the jukebox....which by the way has a bunch of music to choose from. I give this establishment a 5 out of 5 stars“
“I love this place! The food is great and the homestyle specials are amazing! I’m not from here but immediately felt at home and welcomed by so many good, hardworking, friendly people! It’s obviously a favorite of locals but I never felt like an outsider! It’s off the beaten path but definitely worth your time to stop in and meet the amazing owners and staff! Can’t wait for my next visit!!“
“Wonderful people work here. Small bar, but lots of table seating. The food is Dynamite. Service is excellent. They are in the process of remodeling/updating/improving the inside. Based on the described changes to the inside, it will be amazing. However, even if the décor is left "as-is" or filled with folding chairs and card tables to sit/eat/drink, it is worth the slight detour off I-94 between St. Cloud and Alexandria. The new owners are super friendly. Their kind, welcoming, hospitality has definitely transferred into the friendliness of the employees, who really seem to love working there. This will be my regular stop when traveling between the Twin Cities Metro Area and Fargo ND.Dietary restrictions: Many menu optionsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Lot's of room and activities“
