Even though he said they were closed he still went above and beyond and served us. We were so grateful and appreciative of this incredible kindness and customer service!”

“Genuinely some of the best beer I have had in a long time. The atmosphere is awesome and folks behind the counter are absolute gems. The menu has a lot of variety and everything we tried was incredible. Our group was completely blown away. They have a ton of super fun events and we look forward to becoming regulars! It’s dog friendly and our shy rescue gained so much confidence in a single evening.”

Parking is sort of meh, with very little spots and not much room to back up if it gets full. The best sandwich fast food chain in Golden Valley for sure.”

“My favorite Chinese food place. I used to live near, but the drive is still worth it even after moving farther away. I highly recommend the orange chicken, beef lo mein, and cream cheese wontons. The storefront itself is small, so I recommend takeout or delivery.”

“A friend and I visited this Perkins in Golden Valley since we’re now 56 and had never ordered off the 55+ menu.

I ordered the chicken fried steak off the 55+ menu, which includes two sides. Had the fruit cup and buttered corn. Chicken fried steak was great. All the fruit except the few grapes tasted good, and the corn was spot on.

We also grew up a mile from this location, so it was fun to visit.”

“This is my favorite Starbucks location. Our office used to walk here all the time and it’s usually very busy, but their staff handle it so well. Roberta is my favorite! She is always a blessing and serves people with care. She recognizes all her regulars and greets them by name before they even order. Love this location! They get something right. They also recently remodeled the interior so it’s even more cozy.”

“This store is our favorite Caribou!! They consistently make their coffee drinks with perfect balance of flavor and richness!! Most other coffee brands taste weak, bitter or burnt. We grew up with Caribou in Minnesota and years ago moved to Denver. Now the caribous in Denver are gone so we are Caribou starved. We come back to Minnesota every two months or so to get our fix of great coffee.
Of all the stores we’ve been to in Minnesota this one is tops!!”

“This is by far my favorite place to eat. I usually pop in for lunch 1-3 times a week. The servers are wonderful and the sushi is the best i've had. My go-to's are the crazy tuna rolls and mn rolls. I recommend this place every chance I can.”
