We used to love Perkins but we think that it is on a decline. The dining rooms are not very clean, the tables are sticky and the bathroom smell like urine with sinks. Unfortunately the Edina location was in an identical situation. The most unfortunate things is that for some reason management doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Good luck and thank you
