“Awesome little Dairy Queen. The location is very focused on walk ups with a dedicated walk up window for ordering. Place always seems to be well staffed and it can get BUSY. Even then, waits are not bad. Ice cream is what you expect. Having this place within walking distance is both a blessing and a curse (for my waistline). Looks and feels just like it did decades ago when I was a kid, so is a huge nostalgia trip. Sucks they are closed in winter, but also understood for their size.“

“It is a McDonald's, so you know what you're going to get. But at this location, they've never gotten my order wrong, even with modifications, and the food is always hot and service is fast. They add a little extra salt or something to their hashbrowns, because they are extra tasty. I don't like ordering at the kiosks inside, so I only go through the drivethrough now. But the service there is great!“

“Edit: I finally dined there. The food was fantastic, my wife loved the onion rings and the careful service that we were given. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was actually refreshing, and not mayo dumped. Matt and his staff gave us a wonderful time on New Years Day. I will be back, with a bottle of heinz which is a small complaint.

Edit: The manager was very very prompt in responding to my email in resolving this year. In prompt it was less than about 30 minutes when I reached out via email. Which is actually, pretty darn impressive nowadays to take responsibility instead of passing the buck. They get five stars now.

I made Christmas reservations only to learn less than three days before Christmas that they weren't actually open. Their site allowed me to make a reservation. I called them to confirm if they were closed as I found out not from them at all. They did confirm it, and then laid blame on my insisuating that since they've never been open for Xmas, I should of known. Okay, then tell that to your reservation page.Pathetic service right before the holidays.

Even after I called and said it was taken down. It's still up allowing others to book a reservation. I hope there ain't some family that shows up expecting a reservation thay never should of been placed.“

“Known for their “Jucy Lucy” which are 2 Patties with cheese cooked inside. My family that lives here likes the Jucy Lucy and especially the fries from here. During the summer they say there are long lines out the door. We can here in December and it was pretty busy for a week night. They only accept cash or checks, no card. We were lucky and got seated quickly, service was also quick and I asked for a beer that goes well with it. My sister in law got a chicken sandwich and I put her lettuce in my Jucy Lucy. Beware to not bite into it quickly because the cheese squirts out. Every bite I took the cheese indeed came out and burned me. Their fries are really good. I opted to keep the pickles and onions in the burger which I enjoyed. It was nice inside and they still had Christmas decorations making it feel like a Christmas bar. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. “Most amazing service I have ever received in a hamburger joint. We asked for water and the server just let us have any soda drink we wanted. We came in with our family of four and the gentleman who was serving there came outside on three separate occasions to make sure we had napkins and anything we needed. He even came at the end to clear the table for us! It really felt like we were in a high-end restaurant. Wonderful experience. The burgers were great as well!

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew.
