Our 50th wedding anniversary party was at Chester Bird on August 22 2026. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was great. Our dinner for 60 people was perfect. Cocktails were flowing with smiling staff never forgetting a face. Definitely recommend. Also the bar area is really nice
First time being there since they relocated went with a friend for bingo and I plan to possibly go back on Sunday if not again next wed with my friend

Chester Bird American Legion offers themed food special nights, trivia events, and happy hour drink specials. While some feel the quality of food doesn't match the prices, others praise the great staff, food, and fun atmosphere, especially during bingo nights. However, recent changes in staff and menu have led to complaints about slow service, with one server struggling to keep up with orders on Sundays. Despite this, the place is still considered a fun spot for drinks and bingo, with a need for improved organization to enhance the overall experience.
