“Came here on a whim while we were walking around downtown Minneapolis. The service here is wonderful and shoutout to our waitress for being so awesome! It's a traditional style pub and walking in, we felt the chill and cool vibe and atmosphere. Plenty of seating around as well. We ordered the following: Soy garlic edamame: 8/10 - it was really good and salty from the soy! The edamame beans were steamed perfectly and provided that crisp pop when you bit into one. We would taste the garlic as well and it was very pleasant on the tongue. Mac and cheese: 8/10: I thought it would be the traditional noodles but it was penne style instead. It was rich, cheesy, creamy, and the pasta cooked al dente. It came with a toasted, buttered baguette slice. It was enough to feed two people and my coworker and I shared it. It was insanely good but I prefer the regular style mac and cheese noodles. To me, this was like a step above your average mac and cheese. Mexican corn dip - 9/10: do yourself a favor and get this as your appetizer! It tasted exactly like a warm elote! The flavors were outstanding and the added lime was the chef's kiss. it comes with fresh tortilla corn chips and when you first get a taste of the dip, you taste the richness of the Cotija cheese, and then follows the sweet corn and tangy lime juice and tajin. Then you end up with the slight spicy kick at the end. We all came to the consensus that this was our favorite item of the day! We finished every corn kernel. My other coworkers had a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and a slow roasted pull pork with tater tots. They both enjoyed their food as well. Prices were good for the portion size as well and our drinks were refilled and we were checked on regularly. Come try this place out! You won't be disappointment!“

“Absolutely loved the Camden Social. The owner was very professional and welcoming. Went there for Saturday brunch and they had a jazz band playing live music. Ordered the French toast, eggs, and sausage. The sausage was so well seasoned and full of flavor. And the French toast omg so good. Probably one of the best French toast I've had. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu. Thanks for a great experience.“

“It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy. The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.“

“I have visited this place a number of times, but I actually had a less than desirable experience the last time I was there. I complained via FB and the owner called me personally and genuinely listened to my concerns. Where does that happen??? Now THAT is customer service. I recommend this place to everyone - because the owner really cares the you get taken care of. We need more of this in our world!“

“A wonderful Welsh pub that makes you feel friendly and local as soon as you walk in the joint. Just phenomenal! Cannot say enough great things about Jeff and the colorful cast of characters in this pub. Great food, great drinks and get the Chicken Pot Pie!“

“Super fun bar and bowling alley! We came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night to hit the lanes and grab some dinner. Food was decent, pretty standard bar fare. Service was a little slow, but it was packed so that might not be the norm. It was great that you can put your name on the list for Bowling while having dinner. It speeds up the process.Bowling prices are great! I like that it’s per person per game and not timed like a lot of Alleys are doing these days.“

“Went at 10:30 in the evening on a Wednesday, it was my first time there. The Big Mac Daddy was awesome, jucy, messy, and just all flavor. Fried pickles were great, and the wings were good, and the beer was cold. Our server was great, very funny. Our table was laughing quite a bit with her. It was a really good experience and exactly what I needed.“
“Have been to many microbreweries over the years and have never seen one as unique as this one. Being a sci-fi fantasy fan myself, I really appreciated the decor with nods to Tolkien and Monty Python's Holy Grail. Custom artwork on t-shirts and wall hangings is very well done! There's darts, frisbee, painting groups, live music, and many other interesting things to see and do here. Really like all the little cubbyholes too. Sampled a flight and enjoyed the full flavor and creaminess of the Baltic Orc Porter so much, I HAD to pickup some for home! Excellent, knowledgeable staff and the owner walking around chatting with customers was nice. Three dollar discounts for growlers on Wednesdays too. Loved the original names given to the brews as well. Most likely will become regulars and will definitely be back.“

“We went here twice this past week. Once for lunch (inside). We had the poutine and a couple of locally crafted beers. The second time was after my husband's conference and we sat outside on the rooftop patio. The staff were very friendly, got our orders right, checked back to make sure we were happy. During the first visit, we sat inside and watched English Premiership Football with a very crowded bar filled with fans from both sides. The atmosphere (looked like a traditional British Pub) was great, food was good, beer was tasty and staff were fantastic! We'd definitely come back here again.“

“This is my favorite pre-theater hole -in-the-wall. Nothing fancy, just a nice, inexpensive neighborhood joint. If your hearty, you can even park on the street for free (or next to nothing), and walk the free blocks to the theatre district. But shhhh! Don't tell everyone! ?“

“Freehouse located right in North Loop has a great patio! My two favorite menu items, dynamic duo drink and Brussels sprouts appetizer. Absolutely fantastic every time! We also tried out the cheese curds, wings and roto bird baguette, all were also very good. The two sauces with the cheese curds really level it up. Recommend Freehouse if you're looking for a good patio, lively atmosphere and consistent food/drinks.“

“The Bulldog has my favorite wings and burger - the "Fear the Reaper" wings and "Stilton" burger are my favorites in the Twin Cities. The Reaper wings are the perfect balance of heat & flavor and the Stilton burger is full of flavor and heavy on the garlic. Oh, and when you get the burger make sure to get the cajun fries - baller combo.“

“We’re in downtown Minneapolis for a volleyball tournament and we’ve been to a few places, but this one is hands down the best. Went one night and they were slammed. Not sure if they expected to be so busy because it looked like a small crew, but they still did a great job. My wife and I sat on the patio for a few minutes waiting on the server, who was obviously overrun with customers. Mario, the manager approached us, found out what we wanted to order and brought out our drinks. It was almost closing time and even though they were busy, he found us a spot on the patio with a guy named Austin. Turns out he’s a regular, but they need to hire him as a greeter because he’s super friendly and hilarious. The door guy, Ben was really cool and polite and you could see he was doing more than just checking ID’s. He was moving around trying to help the crew. That’s a sign of a great team and you gotta give credit to Mario for building that team. We came back the next night because we liked the service, plus it’s adjacent to our hotel. Mario was off, but the crew was still on point. We brought over a volleyball team, parents and coaches and they found a way to accommodate us. The people in the kitchen are fast and kick out tasty food. Our waitress was a wonderful young lady by the name of Carley. She not only got all the orders right in the middle of the rush they had, but she also did it with an awesome attitude. All of us were impressed by how she handled the big groups and even more impressed when we found out she’d been working all day. We saw Mario who passed by on his night off and he remembered us. That is also a big plus. When people in the service industry remember you by name and thank you for coming by again, it’s awesome. It means they get it. They know that providing the guest with a great experience is what sets them apart from the rest. And I just want to say, they are on another level than the other places we’ve been to downtown. Thank you, Mario and company for your efforts. You made our nights fun and we can’t wait to come back.“

“Dave is the best bartender who can do it all, if you get the chance to come here ask for Dave, Kirk, or Smalls. They make good drinks for a low price. On top of it their food is top tier. Would recommend Dave and the bar staff 1000/10 amazing experience. We’ll be back. Believe That.“

“Had a great dinner at Merlin's Rest Pub Minneapolis. I had the delicious beef and mushroom stew and the wife and son had burgers. We had a scotch egg and the very delicious brussel sprouts with bacon. Had a black velvet which is Guinness and Strongbow cider. My wife had a white Russian. We got to hear some nice bagpipes playing for us. A very warm and homey British pub. Highly recommend.“

“We were in town for a hockey game and this was a couple blocks from our hotel. We were seated right away and placed our drink orders as well as an order of cheese curds and a pizza. The cheese curds came out and they were amazing. We were busy talking and not paying attention to the time. Our waitress came out and apologized for the wait on the pizza and offered to comp the cheese curds and a beer. We weren't looking for anything for free. Once the pizza came out all we could say was fabulous. We had the Primo and it had so much flavor. They were playing great classical music that wasn't so loud we couldn't hold a conversation. If you're looking for a quick bite this is the place.“
“The Acadia on West Bank is finally OPEN AGAIN!The menu consist of only burgers and a chicken sandwich for entrees but some tasty apps. They are not open for lunch at this time which is a bummer as the menu is perfect for a quick lunch. The lighting always seems a bit too bright and the music can be excruciating in regards to the volume. It's under new ownership or management but my hopes are they prosper and maintain a much needed "local" space with.“
“Our first time here - and we WILL be back. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Food is surprisingly good for a small spot. Great atmosphere. We tried the Cajun dry rub wings. Highly recommend. The walleye special and Broadway burger were also delightful.“

“First time here. Decided to do a pick up after work. Online order was easy and food was ready within 25 minutes.Has its own parking and nice atmosphere, music not to loud and food wasn't bad.Got the Blucy with mayo and lettuce for $11.25 and decent taste. Lot of nice melted cheese inside the burger.I also got the 10 piece chicken which I felt was a little on the dry side and not much meat for $9.95, wasn't really worth it to me. Overall wasn't bad experience.“

“Stopped at Pat's Tap for the "Pat's Bacon Burger" and, i lie to you not, it's the best burger I've ever eaten. You know that episode of "How I Met Your Mother" where Marshall drags the crew around to find the best burger in New York? That's this burger. Nothing crazy; lettuce, tomato, aioli, avacado and bacon cooked INTO the patty all on a lightly toasted bun. Anyways, 10/10. Hats off to my chef.“

“Kieran's Irish Pub has been a Minneapolis gotta-try for thirty years! (30 years TOMORROW, to be exact.) It lives across the street from the Target Center which makes it super convenient to pop in for a pint prior to a game or after. We were headed to the B1G Women's Basketball tournament and needed food. It was a Friday during lent so of course my parents were in search of meatless options. Holy Walleye Sandwich! That thing could easily feed two. A lot of bang per buck with that menu item. The wings were huge but nothing to write home about. (I'd not order those again.) The Rueben was delish! It had the perfect amount of corned beef and sauerkraut. Absolutely no complaints here. My pint of Guinness was delightful. (There's just something so satisfying about having one in an Irish pub.) The menu wasn't huge by any means but had something for everyone-- it seemed priced pretty reasonably considering it's downtown. My kiddo is obsessed with the Titanic. He loved exploring their Titanic Lounge! (It's only available for private events but the staff let him check it out.) Captain Edward Smiths painting is behind the bar-- loved all the old timey nautical items throughout. Overall, Keiran's Irish Pub is a super cool hangout. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays but stop in for a pint!“

“My wife and I stopped in for lunch today 5/9/24 and ordered a walleye sandwich and onion rings and it was the best we’ve had in a long time. We were served by a friendly lady by the name of Nancy who did an outstanding job. Great customer service representative. This was our second visit and both times were excellent. We’ll be back. “It was a fun night at the Gold Nugget - lots of diners, families and folks having a great Saturday night. Nicole kept our drinks filled and updated on the status of our entrees coming out. We had a nice table next to the windows. My favorite Asada Bowl was delicious; I always think I'm going to try something else, but order it because it really is my favorite. My husband tries lots of different menu choices, and enjoys it every time. See you again soon.“

“Idk. It's just meh. It's like the most average place I've ever been. It's not bad. It's not good. Service wasn't slow, but it also wasnt fast. The food was ok. The atmosphere is middle class country club beige with silent sports playing on the TV's. I compare this place to the color Gray. And I don't mean anything I said here as an insult. If you honestly can't think of a place to go to eat go here because you won't be disappointed, but you also won't be super happy.“

“Located inside the Hilton hotel, this was a convenient dining option for an evening arrival time at MSP. They had a wide variety of items on their menu. They have a great dining space with tables, booths, and a small gathering area too. I had a Mediterranean salad with falafel and it was a great vegetarian option. The employees were friendly and the food was served in a timely manner, even when they were busy.“

“Lucky’s has affordable tasty food, solid specials and happy hour, great service, and a good environment for weekly bingo and brunch bingo with FREE AYCE popcorn! It’s a slam dunk all around. Nowhere else seems to have this winning combo - which makes Lucky’s one of our favs in the Twin Cities.“

“It was ok, I just think that the burgers should be a little bit bigger, but it was still good. Also if you order a burger ? you get fries with it but you can upsize the fries to a house salad for $3.00 but you don't get the fries then, for a extra $3.00 that should be for the small salad ?“

“Went to bingo on a Saturday. It was such a great time! Super friendly crowd, well-organized games, and excellent service. They only have bar pizzas for food, but they are Heggie's, so they're delicious. Get there early if you're going to bingo. The place fills up fast!“
