“Went there at 8pm new years eve. I was very happy that they were open, and all of the food we got was fresh and hot, and it tasted good. The workers were friendly and polite.
I've been to Arby's in Minneapolis and have been disappointed by poor quality, but this Arby's was great.“

“I've had mixed luck over the years trying new seasonal specials at different TJs locations, which usually are disappointing (I'm looking at you, shrimp street tacos of last summer). I just stuck with my 'ol faithful order of taco bravos & oj, and left satisfied.“

“Had a shake the other day that was more milk than shake. Really disappointed the one thing they specialize in was screwed up. I could've returned it but I was already driving away when I noticed. All my other experiences at this location have been good.“

“I am newly gluten free and dinning out has been a challenge and a half.
I was pleasantly surprised that they're gluten free options on the menu.
Thomas and Tanner both helped me by offering different gluten free ideas.
I had delicious chicken bowl and bean nachos!
I forgot to take a picture of the food because it tasted so good!
Thank you so much Thomas and Tanner, you guys made my night!“

“I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway! Staff were warm and welcoming and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. Made great recommendations and seemed to even LIKE what they were suggesting! Excellent work my friends! Thank you for a great few minutes in a weird week!“

“We pass through Grand Rapids every few weeks & stopping here is always part of our trip. The service here is top notch! They are so fast & friendly at the same time. Even with a line of people we're in & out in under 5-10 minutes. They work great as a team & it's obvious that management works hard to keep everything flowing smoothly. I'm not even a big fan of Subway but the staff here keep me coming back every time.“
“ok I like Jimmy johns but they are not fast at all ! I went thru the drive thru an it took 45 minutes to get to the speaker to order. during that time 10 or more people left before they were able to order an they were waiting before me. then after I ordered my food I looked at the clock and it took them 30 minutes to get me my food. I also was watching the window and I seen them put a pop in the window an the 2 cars 8n front of me didn't get a pop an so when I get to the window I ask if that pop is for me an the lady said yes. ok now that pop has been sitting there for 30 minutes umm really whe was going to give me a water down pop I said I don't want that one its been sitting there for 30 minutes. a few months ago they gave my food to someone in the store an it got passed 4 different people then they tried to give it to me in drive thru. I my self have worked at fast food before an that is not ok . I don't know what Jimmy johns in grandrapids is doing or thinking but your service over the past 5 months has been very bad! the workers are even rude when you try and talk to them about it!“

“I hate to say it but my most recent visit to BK was highly disappointing. I asked for my usual: Whopper with cheese, ketchup and mustard only. Simple enough. Burger comes out and is missing the most important ingredient of those: mustard! Not a big deal. I got up and asked if I could get mustard packets. They didn’t have any. Ok. Can you just squirt mustard on it from the dispenser they use in the back? No answer only confused looks by the young woman. Minutes pass. She walks to the back to talk to the cook. There’s an argument ensuing. About my mustard debacle, apparently. Again I ask if a little bit can be put in a container for me? Again, just radio silence and another seemingly perplexed look of terror on the woman’s face yet once again her lips don’t open. Mouth doesn’t move.
Probably 5-7 minutes after I tried to fix this mustard catastrophe she hands me a bag and for reasons I’m still not grasping, hands me an entirely new burger in a new bag. I still have the first burger. This is a nice but entirely unnecessary gesture because I was in a rush and handing me mustard for my otherwise perfect burger would’ve been more expedient than making me wonder if I was about to be part of a conspiracy which I imagine would be dubbed “MustardGate” if I had any say in it. So I return with two burgers now and take a seat. Open up the wrapping and fortunately, there’s mustard on my burger alright. But there’s also an overly excessive gob of ketchup and a nauseating amount of mayonnaise which you might notice, WAS NOT ONE OF THE 3 BASIC CONDIMENTS that I had asked for when I’d first placed my order. Which it seemed like occurred months or years before this point of mayonnaise overkill and ketchup catastrophe.
Jsyk and don’t have to spend years of tortured time obsessing over how the story ends, I will be clear:
No, I didn’t end up making another trip to the BK associate’s register to haggle over the mustard miscommunication. I just sat and quietly ate that far too saturated fraud of a meat hunk. My new burger was awash in condiment overkill and my old burger lacked the critical mustard which I require most to get a burger to slide down my gullet. Realizing I was going to have to accept what was becoming a King Sized BK Bummer Value Meal, I nibbled on that dripping hot mess of USDA Choice BS with heaviness in my heart and great emptiness in my belly.“

“Yummy, how can you go wrong with a little KFC?? Our food was ready fast, and the lady at the front end (I can’t remember her name) was super chatty, right up my alley. I just love friendly service, and appreciate it when I get it. Ordered through the app and ate in, spicy wings were 50% doing it that way, so you can’t beat that kind of deal. Kudos to the team there!“

“I don't think I've ever had a better experience... I took my kids out to eat and everything was great! There was a young man cleaning the tables when we went to sit down. He was very sweet and polite, visiting with my kids. All of their staff was great there. The food was delicious. But when I walked out. I forgot my purse in the booth, distracted by my little ones. I honestly didn't realize until the next day. When I was looking for something I needed for work out of it. I just started panicking. Thinking of all the things that I'd have to replace. And the things that couldn't be replaced. I was just sick to my stomach. Already stressed being up there for a family emergency. I called Culver's being the last place I remembered having it. The gal asked me to hold on for a second awhile she went and checked and then said "yep it's here!" You don't understand the sense of relief. And when I stopped there and pick it up I literally had tears in my eyes. Not a thing was missing. I am so thankful for the boy that turned it in. He was the same one that was cleaning the tables when we got there. What an amazing person! I am so beyond grateful! People like him give me hope for my baby's future. Sometimes you just need that reminder that they're still good honest people out there that do the right thing. I wish I could do more to repay him for his kindness and honesty. Times have been rough lately. I'm a single mom and that would have been devastating having to try to replace all my work stuff, keys. IDs, credit cards, vaccine cards, money etc. And to be honest, when I got in the car I did cry some happy tears. I just couldn't help but think what a sweetheart that kid was. He's my hero. I'm sure his family is so proud of the man they're raising! Thanks again! You're truly amazing!“
