“I ate at Best Of India for the first time today, with my dad and sister. We are picky about our Indian food, and your food was delicious! My dad is from Mumbai, and he was very happy with the chai and his dish.:) We will be back! Thank you!!“
“Wow, I have been looking for a great Indian place in the area, and I've found it! I had ordered takeout from here a few years ago and thought it was good, but Chef Latish obviously has done a lot of work to improve the scope of the menu and the flavors. As a vegetarian, I also appreciate their very large selection of options. My buddy and I ordered the aloo mattar (very good) and the malai kofta (truly outstanding!) and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for the delicious food!“
“We were in town for my mother's funeral. We are from ND. We were craving Indian food and found Aroma on line. As soon as we stepped out if the car, the Aroma hit us! The food did not disappoint. It was loaded with flavor. The portions were generous and we had to take some home. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We give it 5 out of 5 stars!“
“On Saturday we ordered on Uber eats and it was delicious! We had naan bread, beef curry and chicken tikki Masala with rice. My friend and l ordered everything mild because we weren't sure about how spicy it would be. It was perfect and very flavorful. l would try this place again.“
“I have been there few times, love their authentic maharashtrian food. We have tried few things there, out of everything Frankie is a must try. Their Vada pav and Thalipeeth is also reallyyy amazing. You also cannot miss their falooda for dessert. Overall amazing food. Will be back again for sure.“
“Came here for Holi brunch. A wonderful experience with kind people, amazing food and an overall wonderful experience. The food is some of the best Indian food I've had and is definitely an upscale modern take. We'll be back again.“
“The only place we go to for pizza cravings. The owner and staff are always friendly and nice. The classic and specialty pizzas are so good and not oily. The spiced wings are great and the mango lassi is so good! Great atmosphere for families with kids as well.“
“Our go to spot for Indian food. As someone who enjoys spicy food, their very very hot option for all items on the menu is truly on par with my spice tolerance. The Naan is great! I have yet to try out the Street Food options, but it's great to see them adding/updating the menu throughout the years!Parking: Parking is free, however can be quite full. There is a ramp nearby for overflow if the main parking lot is full.“
“Love the food, the service and the Atmosphere, wish you go back to lunch buffet, there are so many dishes I would love to taste again and cannot ask a little bit of everything on the menu! (Or eat from friends dishes). Thank you.Vegetarian options: Delightful!!!“
“First time to this restaurant. The space and decor are outstanding. Food was very good but not great. The service was a big disappointment. The attentiveness of the wait staff was lacking and slow. Ordered the bread service and didn't get it until we were almost finished with our meal ( but it was delicious!) Would have given 3.5 stars if that was an option. I hope they get things figured out...it's a nice space and a good concept.“
“We were greeted immediately by two very friendly and smiling staff as soon as we entered. We were quickly seated even though they were fairly busy as it was lunchtime. I had the buffet comma and I highly suggest that you do too, it is a very good deal. They're over a dozen various items, from Currys and Baltis to a great selection specialties items like chicken vidaloo and mushroom masala. The Samosas were flakey and delicious. The Naan was also delicious and made just right, firm but not stiff, toasty but not burnt. The buffet is well priced and all you can eat. We were never rushed and the tables were cleared often but unobtrusively while we ate. The staff here are the best. The location is easy to get to, and plenty of free parking. If you're in the mood from some really good Indian food from an excellent establishment. India Palace in Plymouth MN is "the" place to go.This is definitely on El Gato's top 5 for places to eat in the west metro suburbs.5-Stars:Especially and highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!“
“We love this restaurant! Small, quiet, comfortable dining in with knowledgeable, respectful service and GREAT FOOD! They are also very conscientious about requests for info on dietary concerns, i.e. gluten and dairy-free. Five stars on take-out, too.Vegetarian options: Classic Indian vegetarian cuisine.Dietary restrictions: They are very good about informing on GF or dairy-free status.Parking: Always nearby space.“
“A small Indian restaurant that seems to be run by a family. The food is AMAZING and the pricing is even better. This is not what we expected when we stopped by for a quick bite. If I am in the neighborhood I would definitely visit again! The dosa, idly and tea are must try and once again the price and the service provided are top notch“
“Best Indian food I've ever tasted ! I'm not kidding. the samosas are moist inside and the dough is not thick or pasty. Even the Mango Lassi is not sweet but natural tasting. The currys are all fragrant and delicious. The prices are inexpensive and I always end up walking out with enough leftovers for two more meals. Everything is fresh. The service is personable. I only chanced upon this incredible restaurant when I helped a friend get to a neighboring appointment and decided to get a snack while I waited. Thank goodness for that. Since then, I've driven from Excelsior just to eat here. I am intending to become a regular and bring my friends. Next time I go, I'm trying the platter. Thanks Tandoor Restaurant...“
“The buffet during lunch time has a nice variety of options. The dinner offers nice size portions and plenty of staff to help. They are opening a bar soon, which will be a nice addition. Best cake I've had in a long time with a bunch of choices.“
“After a long week, I was absolutely stoked to receive an invitation to dinner with my favorite host. Even better? We're going to my favorite Indian spot in the state. We started off with the vegetable platter, which features three delicious vegetarian appetizers. In addition to vegetable pakoras and samosas, there was bhajita, spinach and onion stuffed potato wedges. These came with delicious little cups of chutney--one mint and one tamarind. This appetizer was a hit, even for the most devoted carnivore in the party. We also tried the pashwari naan--it's a sweet naan that is filled with coconut and golden raisins. My mom in particular loved it. It would be a wonderful foil for a spicy curry. For our mains, mom ordered the kebab, which came with dal (we picked the golden lentil dal, and I might possibly have had "just a taste" several times. (Verdict: it's yummy!) I ordered the paneer chili balti, a comforting balti that is sweet, savory, and salty with warming spices. The rice was also exactly right--fluffy, perfectly salted, and just the right texture. We also got the mango chutney, which is a tart, sweet, salty, savory, amazing flavor bomb. Try it at least once. For dessert, we shared the kulfee and ras malai. These aren't on the menu at every Indian restaurant, and since first having tried them (at India Palace, in fact), I know that they'll always be my first choice when I see them, especially the kulfee. Holy wow. As usual, the service was great--friendly, attentive, prompt, and helpful, the staff here makes sure you get what you need. Despite the fairly full house, it was easy to have a conversation. This is a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. The music is quiet, the decor interesting, and the seating comfortable. All in all, the cure for a bad week!“
“Amazing food! Delivered hot and fresh. Great flavor and price. Feels like northeast can be a little lacking in the not overly trendy Indian food market and this place blew us away! We will absolutely order again. Samosas, naan, tikka masala and matar paneer were all “
“I was coming back upstairs from the DMV and saw this HUGE market full of a dozen or so restaurants cafeteria style, so I had to get something. Momodosa is a Nepalese/Indian takeout spot inside the Midtown Global market and has a very casual setting. I wasn't expecting much given that it seems very new and I just went with their bison momo (the dumplings filled with bison meat) with the Mango Chassi. Place wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening, which is a plus but it kinda feels like it could be busier. Price was slightly over $20 which tbh is okay given that the bison momo was...okay. I have to say that it seems like you HAVE to have the orange spicy sauce on it for it to be any good, as plain or with the green sauce it's mild in spiciness and flavor. 4/5 with Orange sauce and 3/5 with anything else. The Mango lassi was decent but for a $4 cup it's pretty small. Definitely more like half a cup than the other South Asian place that I had in MPLS. 3/5 Overall: 3.5/5 but I'm rounding up, I still felt hungry afterwards for a $20 dinner but overall the food is decent and will use it as a measuring mark when trying other foods in Midtown Global market.“
“Ate here yesterday on a day trip! My second time ever... but not for YEARS! SO glad we did. Want to go back for sure! I really enjoyed the consistency of the pollock. It is just so rich and feels great. Taste was fantastic. I had the Lamb Kashmiri and loved it! SO happy I have left overs too! The chai... That was great. It is a less sweeter chai than some... I like that.. you can control your own sugar level if you use sugar. Taste was fantastic! YUMMY!! Look forward to going there again! I have more on my wish to try list. :)“
“I traveled 30 miles for a special Parotta feast and they didn't disappoint me and made me to feel it is a worth it. Authentic style Parotta and Salna and other dishes. I like the ambiance very much. I strongly recommend it. The price is very reasonable.“
“Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Eden Prairie, I get takeaway once a week, sometimes more. Everything I've tried has been spectacular - and not only is the food fantastic, the portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. I've only gotten takeaway but the staff has always been pleasant. I can't recommend Bay Leaf highly enough!“

“I would give it a second try. Service was very kind and I heard really good things but was not overly impressed sadly. It was a little spendy too. For just the food in the photo (rice, paneer Tikka masala and naan) (before a tip) it was $24 something.“
