Cowboy*s is a nice bar grub restaurant offering decent food with generous portions. The steak tips and brisket dinner are particularly enjoyable. While not the cheapest, the super friendly service makes for a solid dining experience. There are limited gluten-free options. The drinks are cold and the staff is attentive, even when busy. A great place for a pleasant meal.
