“Just finished dinner at the Better Half to try out the new after dark menu - 100/10 recommend! We had the ahi tuna stack, miso sea bass, and the lobster pasta (can’t remember the name) and everything was INCREDIBLE. We wanted to order pretty much everything, it was so hard to decide! I would officially consider this one of the best menus south of the River - can’t wait to come back and do another round of taste testing until we make our way through the whole menu! Shout out to Michael our server - he always goes above and beyond (I somehow always end up in his section 😂 and he is fantastic!)“

“We come here often, great food. The staff is wonderful. Taco pizza, pickle pizza, wings, salads… Everything is good. Fun atmosphere!
We are always surprised how dirty the front doors are. You need to clean the glass multiple times a day, so it looks nice when people walk in. I’m not kidding. This was a topic of conversation at our table the other day because both doors are always filthy. The hosts at the front stand around a lot, they can windex the glass throughout the day. First impression is everything.“

“We had our Groom's dinner for our wedding here and I can't say enough about how great of an experience we had. Jodi and Kate were amazing and so easy to work with. They were so excited for us and and went above and beyond. Jodi decorated the room so beautifully and I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in! It was incredible. “Very good food, the chef is always trying something new which is refreshing instead of having the same items. They prevent their menu from getting stale like some many others. “Recommend this Friday night fish fry. Plenty of seating altho the kitchen had a hard time keeping up. The food was hot, breading on the fish was crisp and the flaky white fish inside was delish. Onion rings were great as were the waffle fries, worth the upcharge altho the regular fries looked fine. Server took our orders as quickly as they could on a busy Friday night. It took about 30 minutes from order to plates delivered but we were warned that it might take awhile. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, checking on us frequently. We will be back!“

“Ate here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the food was amazing. We had multiple apps, burgers, and a flatbread and it was all delicious. Bar food but high quality. Cocktails were also delicious and a great tap selection. We'll definitely go back.“

“I love coming to Cowboy Jacks in Apple Valley! The staff is amazing and I love the food and happy hour specials. I also want to give a shout out to one of the managers, Calvin who intervened when he saw a man at the bar harassing me. I didn’t even have to ask him, but he could tell I was uncomfortable and asked the man to leave. It is so refreshing to go to a bar where the staff truly cares about the well-being of their customers! Great work to this whole team! I will most definitely be back!! ?“
