However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.”
