“We went to the Little Canada location for my birthday 🎂. Our server, Jenna, was great. She was very informative and patient. She made sure we always had water, checked just enough to make sure our expectations were met. Food, as usual, was amazing. Thanks to all for making our dinner great.”

“Loud music and strong perfume scent, might be headache inducing for some people, so if this applies to you, might be better to get a takeout. Skip the pistachio milk bright green cake piece and go straight for honeycomb cheese pastry with honey on top, it is so good! Aden tea is good, strong and smooth but no cardamom flavour. They offer table games which is nice and makes this spot very welcoming to sit and play with friends while enjoying a hot beverage but unfortunately they don’t have enough pawns and dice for multiple tables to play same game which defeats the purpose.”

“My experience was pleasantly surprising. As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! Bravo 👏”

“My husband and I had a splendid lunch date at the Himalayan Restaurant. The seating outdoors is so beautiful and is decorated with many flowers. The atmosphere inside for lunch was quite peaceful, which is my ideal type of restaurant.
We ordered dumplings as an appetizer. My husband enjoyed the extra spicy sauce. I liked the sauce with tomatoes and spices.
The main courses are made to the spice level you prefer. The chicken tikka masala and the mixed curry were absolutely delicious. The naan was seasoned well with garlic and herbs. The white and brown rice were fluffy and cooked perfectly as well.
We are hoping to eat here again soon. Highly recommend!

“Staff is very nice and accommodating. Love the decor and vibe of the place. If you miss filipino food, this can be a place to go. It's a different region of filipino food from what I'm used too. Prices are pretty good with the portions sizes.”

“I drove by this hidden gem weeks ago and finally was able to stop in for lunch today. I gotta say that this is some of the best tasting food I have experienced in Minnesota since returning home. I tried the Picadillo meal which was perfectly seasoned and not over salted like some places do. The rice was a perfect consistency and a freshy made salsa added a little kick to the meal. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. A+++”

“We loved our dinner here - generous portions and affordable prices for a night out. Wine list was thoughtfully curated and well priced too. The Jell-O shots were such a fun touch! Especially loved the Goodbye Earl cocktail. We had a number of outstanding dishes. The overall winner was the steak tartare but the grilled prawns and scallops were wonderful as well.”

“UPDATED to say that this place is such a hidden gem and I need more people to know about it. This recent time, I had the Yangon beef curry and it was perfection. The stuffed tofu was great and the tea leaf salad was just as delightful as it was the previous time. I really like that they can omit the fish sauce in the tea leaf salad and stuffed tofu. Consistency matters and this place has it.

Really enjoyed the tea leaf salad. Highly recommend! I wanted to try the boat noodles but they said they were out of it. We were there an hour after they opened on a Saturday and there were only 3 other parties there. I guess they don't have it consistently. The yellow curry was pretty good. I also enjoyed the pad thai. I like that they can make some things vegetarian/vegan. I'd come back.”

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well”

“Hyacinth is a keeper. Creative food, well prepared, small but extremely well chosen wines. Portions were large, a bit too large in my view. Hyacinth is one of the few restaurants in the post Covid dining world that is daring to show us how innovative dining can be done.”

“Accidentally arrived at Brunson's for lunch because the place down the road where we were supposed to go was closed. Best service I've had anywhere in America since before covid. Food was excellent, made from scratch, and doubt anyone could go wrong on the menu. Highly recommend.”
