Don't miss out on the cheese sauce for enchiladas and the smooth, creamy rice. The fresh guacamole and sweet rice are must-tries. There are vegan options, like impossible meat and mixed veggie tacos. Rojo is a nice place for hanging out with friends and family, making it perfect for casual dining. The service is amazing, personable, kind, and extremely attentive. The outside seating is enjoyable in the summer, although it can get noisy due to passing cars. While it may not be ideal for a first date, it is definitely a great spot for outings with friends and coworkers. Parking is easy nearby, and the atmosphere is nice enough to spend time in.
