“Went last weekend to this location. This time to dine in. Order the gyro sandwich and Apple fritter french toast to go. I sat in that restaurant and devoured that food. And i have zero shame about it. Lol. The french toast i ate the next morning was damn good too. They need a location closer to Saint Louis Park.“

“I wanted to ignore negative reviews....This was about a few years ago--I think it's my first time to go this restaurant a few years ago. Then more times to go to this restaurant. I love their fish sandwich without cheese on!!! I can't say how many years, but still love their fish sandwich.And service and ambience were amazing too.I am not using Google Maps anymore because their reviews seemed to paranoid me like I was told to put negative and bad languages in Google Maps. It's not right to do this because I only feeling like I was forced to lie about things. Don't be angry with me because it's just not right to force me to lie or put fake reviews. “I have a ton of food intolerances (nothing anaphylactic) and I rarely eat at restaurants because of it. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me find a meal I could eat! The manager himself stopped by to make sure they had the list of allergies correct before they placed the order. It was one of the best salads I've ever had! I didn't even think to take a picture, but I'll just say it was beautiful. :)Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. I'm grain free, dairy free, nightshade free, legume free, and cant have most oils except for olive oil.“

“I can't say enough about how amazing Francis is! Outstanding food and drinks! They have the BEST Spicy Margarita that I have EVER had! Their drink menu has so many cool and unique cocktails that are different from any I have had before. Then there is the food...I literally think about the Chicken Sandwich daily. My daughter went 3 times the first week they were open, and continues to go weekly! There isn't an item in the menu that I've tried that is anything less than AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend everyone tries it! You definitely do NOT need to be a vegan to love this food. Trust me, TRY IT! You'll love it and will ABSOLUTELY be back for more!Vegetarian options: The entire menu, including drinks, is vegan. No meat or dairy products, so perfectly suitable for vegetarians!“

“The food was good, maybe not up to all the hype for cheese inside a burger with a very ordinary bun, but the grilled diced onions were one of a kind and made up for a lot. Kinda wish they served fountain beverages instead of cans (for the refills)“

“Oh my lert, this was the best places I’ve tried in Eagan. The pancakes were decadent, I seriously wanted to lick my plate clean ? the food was made quickly and it came piping hot to the table. Our waitress was super nice and they even made a special shaped pancake for one of our smaller kiddos. The portions were great and fair for the price! I’d definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be back any time we’re in the area!“

“It is so hard to find a good restaurant these days. In this way, Burger Dive saved our life! Everything we ordered tasted great! Service was great! We don't need to try other restaurants anymore (often we just get bad luck/disappointment from other places ), we just need to come here every week! Yay~“

“Phenomenal little joint! Was at a work conference and 3 of us went here for lunch all 3 days...menu is THAT packed with interesting offerings...and it's literally 20 feet from the train stop. The armadillo eggs were the best thing any of us ate all week. The sunnies (fried SUNFISH?! ) and fries were excellent but the steak and chimichurri sandwich was absolutely stellar! The birthday cake slice in a milkshake was spot on and had REAL whipped cream all over it. Burgers were a hit too!“

“Came here on a whim while we were walking around downtown Minneapolis. The service here is wonderful and shoutout to our waitress for being so awesome! It's a traditional style pub and walking in, we felt the chill and cool vibe and atmosphere. Plenty of seating around as well. We ordered the following: Soy garlic edamame: 8/10 - it was really good and salty from the soy! The edamame beans were steamed perfectly and provided that crisp pop when you bit into one. We would taste the garlic as well and it was very pleasant on the tongue. Mac and cheese: 8/10: I thought it would be the traditional noodles but it was penne style instead. It was rich, cheesy, creamy, and the pasta cooked al dente. It came with a toasted, buttered baguette slice. It was enough to feed two people and my coworker and I shared it. It was insanely good but I prefer the regular style mac and cheese noodles. To me, this was like a step above your average mac and cheese. Mexican corn dip - 9/10: do yourself a favor and get this as your appetizer! It tasted exactly like a warm elote! The flavors were outstanding and the added lime was the chef's kiss. it comes with fresh tortilla corn chips and when you first get a taste of the dip, you taste the richness of the Cotija cheese, and then follows the sweet corn and tangy lime juice and tajin. Then you end up with the slight spicy kick at the end. We all came to the consensus that this was our favorite item of the day! We finished every corn kernel. My other coworkers had a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and a slow roasted pull pork with tater tots. They both enjoyed their food as well. Prices were good for the portion size as well and our drinks were refilled and we were checked on regularly. Come try this place out! You won't be disappointment!“

“Just tried this place for the first time. Fun atmosphere, great service, great wine selection, and some of the best food I have had at a restaurant in a long while. The baby back ribs and the Five Spice Tofu were particularly good. Loved it!“

“Amazing neighborhood hidden gem! Met the owner Javier, such an amazing man - the restaurants food was outstanding, service was outstanding! I definitely recommend the steak tacos w/avocado salsa -so good!Such friendly and nice staff- I accidentally left a small bag when leaving (there’s so much food and such huge portions couldn’t carry it all) and they literally ran out the door and all the way down the parking lot to catch me before leaving- and then they were so kind and polite about it while making sure I had everything! Completely recommend 10/10 !! If you go definitely meet the owner- you won’t be disappointed, one of the kindest and sweetest people I’ve met since moving back to Minneapolis!Our family will be back very often!“

“Picked up dinner through the second drive thru! I went around 5pm and it was overwhelmingly busy. I got in a very long line for the first drive thru until a worker asked if I was paying with cash or card. I said card. They then told me that there was no wait at the second drive thru window and I proceeded to leave the super long line and made my way to the second drive thru. But omg, there was no line! It was much faster than the first drive thru. Took my order at this little hut and instructed me to park in a selected number parking spot. I ordered a cheese burger kids meal. I didn't have to wait that long and definitely beat the first drive thru line. There were a couple of guys directing cars and making sure nobody but cars that ordered from the hut was able to park in the selected number of parking spots. That was pretty cool.Ordered: cheese burger with all toppings kids meal, crinkle fries, soda, and an order of onion rings. Everything was delicious.“

“There was an altercation while we were there and the staff handled it quickly and calmly. Service wasn’t too fast but they were down one person. They were very friendly. The poutine was excellent.Vegetarian options: They have vegan replacements for all their meats and can customize all the dishes. They use vegetable oil for frying.“

“While visiting the twin cities, we wanted to get something sweet for the afternoon. Upon looking at reviews, we decided to stop by Conny's. The variety of flavors they had for soft serve was surprising. We got the coffee and the vanilla cone with the coconut dip. I would recommend the flavored cones over the dip personally, but they are both very good. About average on price but this place had a steady flow of customers on one of the first nicer days of the year.“

“Voted the best burger in the cities, the Mac & Cheese with chicken is my absolute favorite. But the chicken teriyaki bowl is incredible also!! All of their food was restaurant recipes and not frozen food type if you know what I mean and I wanted to try everything on the menu! We narrowed it down to their wings, I was skeptical of chicken thigh style wings but pleasantly surprised they were amazing, lightly battered and meaty!!! The burgers were double patty, fresh bakery buns and delicious; side choices house made chips or fries. Guests next to me had fresh battered fish and the cheese curds, they gave two thumbs up too and said they do date night here every week❤️ Service was friendly and professional and a little slower to take our food order but again they were slammed not their fault. Food came out promptly. Now onto the drinks, they had a house beverage list with plenty of options but I will say for $12-$13 a drink that came with a huge ice cube I had it devoured in a few sips; I’d like more bang for my buck here and due to that I refrained from ordering another drink and resorted to a beer. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the food menu! Desserts I was too full for but nice house made options.“

“Not many people, pretty calm. Had the fish tacos, which were not very flavorful, but I ordered a lot of stuff off of it. Fried pickles were good. Pop was not very carbonated, but obviously it didn't take away from the experience. Probably wouldn't go again, but that's just me.“

“My bestie and I came for a late night dinner on Saturday night. Wanted a beer (or a few), good eats, and cardboard crack (pull-tabs). When we arrived karaoke was just starting so that was entertaining to watch. Amanda was our waitress. She's friendly, upbeat, and she even sang karaoke. Food was yummy as always. Wings come out so hot and crispy. We always ask for the fries extra crispy and they come out perfect. If you want good food, highly suggested coming here. Fun little neighborhood dive bar.“

I appreciated the authenticity, although one thing to note: when you bowl a strike, the pins don’t come back so you have to hit the reset button. Wasn’t common knowledge because we witnessed other groups getting waitstaff attention due to the issue.. putting up a sign that explains the process would likely help future customers, and save time for the staff having to explain..The place definitely has charm, although I was concerned about cleanliness. It’s dingy, musty, & doesn’t seem to have been cleaned in years.. at least where we ate (the bowling alley downstairs). Walls in the bar downstairs are covered in dollar bills which is fun but also just.. unsanitary. Who knows how long they’ve been there, collecting dust/debris and grease. Brought hand sanitizer luckily.A member of our group used the bathroom and said they wouldn’t have used it if it wasn’t an emergency.. so, there’s that.With all of that said, I’d still come back for the food, just upstairs or takeout. Their burgers and bar snack food were wonderful! Especially the fries and cheese curds. And the service friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience.Parking: Sunday afternoon had plenty of free street parking.“

“This place is always on the list when we travel to Minneapolis. For us it's always a must. They check all the boxes. Awesome menu, locally sourced, great prices, super unique atmosphere.Vegetarian options: They have a separate vegan menu that is basically the same size as the non vegan menu. Super accommodating.“

“This place is nicely tucked away, so it doesn't get overly busy, but they do offer reservations still if you need them, so that's always a plus. The food was pretty good, although the menu is limited. My favorite dish was the wings even though the burger is the star of the menu. Even though the menu is limited, they do a great job with all the eats they offer. On the other hand, the drink menu was extensive and unique, and I really enjoyed the variety of "classy" cocktails. All of that pairs very nicely with the "upstate NYC/hipster" vibes of the restaurant. I've been here twice, and the service was a little bit on the slower side, so I am taking a way a star for that. Other than that, this is a cute place to have drinks and a light meal. First date or relaxing happy hour vibes are met here!“

“I've been a patron of Uncle Franky's since before it became Uncle Franky's and Uncle Franky’s never fails to make me happy! My top picks are the Philly (with white cheese) and the Italian Beef, with either fries, rings, or tots; that decision I make on the spot. I've had many other items on the menu, and everything is consistently delicious, served promptly and piping hot, and all is reasonably priced. Uncle Franky's is simply irresistible!“

“Great Customer Service visited there with my son as he took me out to lunch and heard about this spot. The minute we walked in it smelled so good and the customer service was great a young lady who said she's been there a year or so was so welcoming. I was able to try their barbecue sauce that is homemade and it was delicious. Overall food, customer service and cleanness it was a 11/10 I would so recommend as it's a great mom & pops spot.“

The staff were all really great. “Always enjoy the juicy chicken tenders from Nashville Coop. First time visiting their food truck since 2020. Still as good as I remember with the same quality as their brick and mortar locations. All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“I had to try it, and mean most places do not offer donuts with a meal -- chicken sandwiches or burgers. I ordered The PAT (a steak burger) with fries and a shake. Pretty good. You can order and pay from the counter or via your phone. Atmosphere is nothing special. I guess the only problem I had is the cost. $25 for a burger, fries and simple shake seems high, but maybe that's just the way things are these days.“

“Came to Char Bar for the first time for happy hour on Saturday with Kim T. Char Bar is a speakeasy on the inside of Butcher & Boar (through the glass doors). We arrived around 4:45 pm on a Saturday and it wasn't too crazy busy, we were one of a handful of tables. The hour menu was pretty good! A good amount of food and drink items ranging between $6-10. I had the Chicken Sammy ($10), Kim had an Arby's style 3 Way Beef & Cheese sando ($17), and we split the Curly Fries ($6). I also ordered two of the non happy hour burgers to go ($8/each). I really liked my sandwich a lot, chicken was perfectly crispy, the slaw was savory and sweet, Polynesian vibes. I would absolutely get it again! Kim liked her sandwich but she said the sauce was too much and soaked the bottom of the bun, the curly fries were fine. I had a dragon tattoo cocktail, serenity pineapple rum cocktail, and a frozen rum & cherry coke slushy. Drinks were boozy but pricey! Loved the menu showing the drinks very cute and visibly pleasing. Update: Butcher Burger ($8) was sensational! It's no Parlour Bar burger but it's sooo good, tasted gourmet and traveled well. Fun fact: the restaurant group over Parlour Bar also owns Char Bar! I liked the pickled onions and the chipotle mayo cheese sauce, good solid burger for a good price!“

“50 states I have traveled to. Including Carolina where the chef is from. I didn’t have chicken and waffles in Carolina but this chicken and waffles is by far #1 out of the places I’ve had chicken and waffles. Their sauces are dankkkkkk. Hot Tennessee and then a sweet relishey pickled mustard sauce. Very nice food. I’m surprised the chef doesn’t have pulled pork on the menu but then again it’s not a BBQ joint. 10/10.“

So fricken fresh and spicy! We got the totchos (exactly what it sounds like and DANK) and the firehouse 21 burger. “This local "dive bar",checks all the boxes. A nice mix of standard beers, craft beer, and beer from a bygone era (Old Style on tap). Short menu (small grill next to the bar) but the sausage patty burgers are the best. And don't forget the potato salad. I am always amazed with the bartenders who can serve drinks to a full house and grill food in-between pours.This place is the epitomy of NEMPLS“

“Prices were raised a lot recently and that is definitely unfortunate, It's still good ol Snuffy's or if you're newer to it "The original malt shop". The atmosphere is nice, you won't get faster food at a restaurant than almost any other, it's almost magical. The speed and service have improved significantly over time but as I said so have the prices. It's still more affordable than most other places but I'm going to miss the $8 meals. Food is better than average but it won't exactly have you coming back for it. The malts are very delicious and as the name suggests is what they're best at. Take this as a light 5 star review. It's just good enough to make it to 5“

“I got the chipotle beach burger and it was DELISH!! The girl at the counter was very welcoming and the food came out quickly and SO fresh! The tables were clean too! I got the sweet potato fries and a cookies and cream milkshake and those were delish as well, it all hit the spot ??“

“Delicious burgers and milkshakes. If you have celiac, they have a gluten free fryer and gluten free bun! They're very knowledgeable and safe! Go-to burger place for sure. Update: their bone-in wings are gluten free too including most of the sauces!“
