Best strawberry matcha lattes
I've been here a few times. They have good sandwiches and the coffee is really good! Very convenient being in the skyway in and out and back to work.
I've been to the champlin location as well.
Really good coffees there! Tried the Blackwater Sesame today great flavor not to sweet. Just enough. The Dubai Latte is really good too!
Like to support local always vs the corporate chains.
If you like good coffee and sandwiches definitely stop in. Great service too and friendly.

Absolute favorite coffee spot in the skyways! Their caramel macchiatos & breakfast sandwiches are the best. ( I come here way too much:) )

Blackwater Coffee & Cafe Minneapolis is a great local gem and unassuming hidden gem in the Skyway, easily accessible via the escalators. The coffee is always perfect, excellent, and priced right with three different size options. They make really good house coffee, and the staff is super friendly, fast, pleasant, efficient, warm, welcoming, and calm. The spicy breakfast sandwich was tasty, and the scones are tasty also. Instead of copying big chains, they are making unique, delicious drinks at really good prices. Their food is simple, but great. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. It is a nice quiet coffee shop, a nice little tucked away place. Highly recommend supporting this small business.
