“Aftermath of ordering over $40 of food. The double whopper was scrumptious and yummy. My kids liked the classic chicken sandwich & the kids meal jr. My daughter also got a crown ! she loved it. Theres a cashier named Cynthia (i hope thats her name) She is very outgoing and efficient. Im truly surprised to know the whole team at this location is on top of things. Def recommend for in dining“
“Great experience at this location today. Was served at the front counter by employee Linda. She has been at this store for over 7 years but a longer employee than that. She is so very friendly and always remembers my face and name. She is also very professional and does a great job managing the front end of the restaurant. Tired the BK wraps for the first time and they were delicious. Awesome guest experience today! Thanks!“
“I have been to this location countless times so, this review is based solely on my most recent visit this past week. We stopped in to grab take-out in the early evening. We decided to order inside as the line for the drive-thru was quite long. The restaurant was quiet inside with only a few other diners. We were greeted quickly and placed our order. The lady who helped us [not sure if she's an associate or manager but, she has been there for a very long time!] was friendly, as she always is. We only waited a few minutes for our order and were on our way. We ordered Impossible Whoppers and french fries. The sandwiches were well put-together with fresh and plentiful toppings and the fries were hot and crisp. We've rarely [hey! it's fast-casual food...things happen!] had any issues with our food from here though. Service is typically very good, as well. The reason for four stars versus five is the interior decor of the restaurant. It is VERY outdated. It could absolutely use a full overhaul. This is not the fault of the staff, nor does it effect the service/quality of the food but, it does effect the customer's perception when inside. This is a busy location with a large high school just across the way and other stores adjacent. Hopefully the owner has some remodel plans in the near future. As I said, we come here often and don't see that changing. Huge shout-out to Burger King for offering some form of a veggie burger option for over TWO DECADES now! We vegetarians will always be loyal to you for that reason.Vegetarian options: As I said above, Burger King has had vegetarians backs for decades now. They currently offer the Impossible Whopper, which is really good. Ask them to grill it, like meat burgers, for maximum effect. All breakfast sandwiches are easy to customize as meat-free. Plus...those fries/onion rings/hash browns! [Please bring back the cheesy tots...permanently!!!]Parking: Parking has never been an issue here.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast-casual restaurant so, it is absolutely kid-friendly. They, of course, offers a children's meal too.Wheelchair accessibility: The interior of the restaurant is very wide open making mobility easy.“
“Went to Burger King for the first time in about 15 years. I brought my two little kids. We absolutely loved it and wore Burger King hats and enjoyed the food. They enjoyed the play yard with the big slide. Things are so much better there than McDonald's. Only complaint is there wasn't any soap in the females bathroom.You rule!“
“Woke up grumpy, went to get my son a burrito as he requested… Paul from the Hiawatha location was such a pleasant surprise! He was so cheerful, he instantly started my day off in the right way! Food was hot and fresh- definitely will be going there more mornings now- most people are just not polite, nice anymore- so to have such an amazing interaction the first thing in the morning was just what I needed! Paul deserves a raise! 10 out of 10! I’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: He even gave my son a Burger King hat! So cute!“
“Food was prepared quick and to my specifications. Maybe I was there on an off day? The staff seemed a little lethargic and it didn't feel like a popular spot. “Came here after a very hot Gopher football game, in severe need of hydration. We chose Burger King because we know they're known for excellence when it comes to slushies. After sipping down some blue raspberry and cherry fanta slushies, we were able to continue on with our journey. Thank you, Burger King team!“
