Dario is a beautiful restaurant with a large space, different seating options, and a decent bar area. The servers are knowledgeable and provide great service. The food is delicious, with standout dishes like the spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka, the Butternut Squash Scarpinocc, and the Short Rib and Polenta Agnolotti. The Doppio is a pleasant surprise—delicate yet flavorful, with ricotta and sunchoke working perfectly with honey, brown butter, rosemary, and hazelnuts. The ravioli is unlike anything else, full of flavor and texture. For pescatarians, the Crab Spaghetti is a must-try.
