I mistakenly forgot to ask for my coffee with oat milk. I tried to go back and ask if they could remake it and the two women there told me I had to pay another $6 dollars even after I tipped.
While I understand business is business it would have warmed my heart and made my day if they would have remade it free of charge. I would have tipped again and made sure to come back.

When there isn't one specific thing to pinpoint about why this place is so wonderful, it really is EVERYTHING about them. Great coffee, friendly welcoming staff, on point baristas and counter workers who will remember you and make when they see you if you're enough of a regular. Cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL this spot is!
