Super friendly staff, excited to share Somali food. Somali tea was offered for free with all entrees. Cagoor was really good, also enjoyed foul and Malawah. I am a vegetarian so those would be my recommendation. A wonderful first experience with Somali food.
This was my second Somali meal while visiting Minneapolis, and I’m really glad I came.
This is a well loved neighborhood hole-in-the-wall type restaurant with a steady stream of customers, and that’s exactly what drew me here. Even the Lyft driver who picked me up from there said it was one of his favorite spots and that he had a meal there earlier that day!

No frills coffee, tea, and Somali food. Friendly staff, TV, open late. Banana with the pasta. I got goat, which was so tender. Had leftovers and my food actually got even better somehow, unrealisticly nourishing.

Masha Allah Restaurant is a very beautiful place with a great atmosphere and shine lights. The service is very good, with friendly people and super friendly staff eager to ensure a good meal. The food is phenomenal, including the Somali wasla meat and the malawax burrito wrap. There can be a language barrier and items sometimes run out late, but the customer service on the phone is also great. It is a place definitely worth visiting again.
