The food is pretty good for the price, and the management is very kind. The orders do take a while so would not recommend for something needed quickly. My boyfriend ordered ahead and it took 20 extra minutes for a pepperoni pizza a few days ago.
Walked in and it took someone a few minutes to even come up to me despite them being aware I was there. The website said my order was ready but they said it was still in the oven but it would be another 5 minutes. Another guy was also waiting and was standing around before I got there. They asked what his order was and they hadn't even made it. They said it would be done in 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes go by and neither of us have our order. They’re always slow. Sometimes it feels like they don’t start making your order until you show up in person, even when you’ve ordered online and have been notified that your food is ready
