About Rojo Mexican Grill

Rojo Mexican Grill offers a mixed dining experience. While the service can be hit or miss, with some servers appearing disinterested, others are friendly and attentive. The food quality is generally decent, with highlights including the shrimp tacos, sweet rice, and tortilla soup, though some find the soup to be cream-based rather than broth-based. Diners report that the chips and salsa are well-liked, and free mimosas are provided for mothers on special occasions. The ribs are cooked perfectly with the right amount of heat, and the chicken tacos and enchiladas are popular choices. Portions are sometimes considered small for the price, but the unlimited chips and salsa add to the appeal. Parking in the area is readily available. Overall, Rojo Mexican Grill offers a moderately enjoyable dining experience, though it may not be a standout option for those seeking exceptional Mexican cuisine.

Good food, good atmosphere, Great service

Stopped in for happy hour and early dinner, the guac was great, ceviche had good flavor but was tough to eat with the size of the shrimp and the amount if juice. The Almond chicken with eloté corn was a tremendous dish that I am very glad our server recommended, the quesadilla was also good and I'd recommend as a great dish to share. Margaritas looked great but I'll have to try them next time.

Huge portions restaurant so chilly I sat outside for a nice sunset. Efficient service even on an outside table
