The shakes are smooth and super flavorful. If you dont like chunky smoothies or shakes, you'll like this place! Really unique flavors as well. I got the Curts Kale smoothie, and the kale was not overpowering. Very quick service! The owner is nice, and the place is clean.I've seen negative reviews on the owner not arriving back or being present during the listed hours... that's a valid complaint, AND- we never know what's happening in someone's life. The shakes from here are always cold, tasty, and consistent. The Curt’s Kale shake is super refreshing and my absolute favorite. The Shake Shoppe has been my go-to spot for the past three years and I haven’t found a better kale shake elsewhere.

If I was only rating the smoothies, I’d give this place 5 stars because the smoothies and shakes are best I’ve found in Minneapolis BUT taking away two stars because there’s been several times when I’ve visited during business hours and the place is closed.
