Sooki & Mimi Reviews
Came here to dine for my birthday and to check out the spot before they closed it. The place itself is amazing. The architecture and atmosphere for a restaurant are one of the best in Minneapolis. Food was great , You can not order by phone you have to go in. gratuity will be added to your check.
So excited that I had the opportunity to eat here before it transitions to Kim’s. Everything we ate was 10/10 - mushroom Birria tacos, braised lamb tacos and galbi jjim - drinks were 9/10 Old fashioned and a Margarita Atmosphere is a vibe, but decor is nothing new- looks similar to Young Joni. Love the open kitchen vibe. Great service!
Sooki & Mimi offers a fabulous meatless tasting menu that leaves a lasting memory. The ambiance is great, with friendly staff and delicious cocktails. The galbi jjim is a must-try with fantastic Korean flavors. The Korean Fried chicken wings are flavorful and crispy, while the Mushroom Birria tacos steal the show with incredible taste and texture. The Korean pork tacos are good, but the Mushroom Birria is a standout. The restaurant is closing for rebranding, promising new menu adventures. The space is beautiful, making dining here an incredible experience.
